I would never go back to Stonham Ford. My 2020 T250 van was brought in for a simple oil change. It was hard me to believe that the Transmission oil leak was not seen by the techs. They did some kind of upgrade to the transmission without my knowledge and permission. I brought it back after my brother's shop said to go back to STONEHAM FORD ASAP, as they were the last to service the vehicle. I got just the worst runaround ever. Was told to bring back to where I purchased. I went else were at the time because they would not order the vehicle I wanted. I have purchased 4 or 5 vehicles. Plus, a ton of parts for a resto I was doing. Was told to go to AMMCO transmission. They disparaged and bad mouth any Ford dealer that was nearby. Was told that the drive train was still under warranty, yet it cost me $1000.00 out of my pocket at AMMCO of Wilmington ma. Very poor service and attitudes. Used online service to book appointment at the Quick Lane. Truck was worked on in a timely manner and at the scheduled appointment time. Service personnel were very nice and informative. UPDATE: I did speak to Steve, their service manager, to provide feedback and received a better experience chatting with him. I've never had a worse experience as a customer... I purchased an OEM dash cam for my Mustang Mach-E, and unfortunately, made the mistake of selecting Stoneham Ford service to install (they were the closest with availability). I had paid for the installation with the parts, so I was stuck with them. Terrible experience with Jean (the person who answered the call), who after treating me like a child said "This IS the kind of service we offer." Then transferred me to their "Service Advisor," Mike who didn't know how long it would take to install a dash cam... and couldn't advise me for the life of him and instead snapped at me instead of helping me, wanting to just get me off the phone. TERRIBLE experience. Absolutely unprofessional. I couldn't talk to their supervisor since they claimed that their supervisor is out for the day... More
