Horrible service On Friday August 24, 2018 I called Conyers Honda to make an appointment for an oil change for 7 am Saturday August 25, 2018. When I spoke with the rep On Friday August 24, 2018 I called Conyers Honda to make an appointment for an oil change for 7 am Saturday August 25, 2018. When I spoke with the representative they told me they only had a 10:15 at the earliest I said that's fine. On Saturday August 25' 2018 I went and dropped my vehicle off around 8am and the person appointed to me my service provider did not show up and they told me not to worry we will take care of you. I met with one of the service agents and they took me in and told me my car would be ready sometime that afternoon be will try and get it in as soon as possible. I received a miss call around 9:31 am and I returned the call back and it was from Conyers Honda, I spoke with a rep and they told me my car was ready to pick up when I was ready. I said ok and went to pick my vehicle up around 5pm and when I got there I noticed the service department was closed but my car was outside. So when I went to sales they said we should have your key in here. After searching and questioning my key was no where to be found. I was continually asked did anyone imfor me me of the closing time I stated no and if I knew I would have came and got my car. I continued to wait for a manager and the work at the desk in the middle of the floor continued to tell me it's always a communication issue around here. So when the manager finally came he told me I had to pick my car up Monday and I said I can't do that I need my car. He said well there's nothing I can do I said no one has a key to that building he insisted that no one did. I asked could I get a loaner car until Monday he said he didn't have any. So i left back out the store and waited outside and went back in to ask for the the General Manager number and the manager responded to me by saying what do you want his cell phone or something I said it doesn't matter since I can't get my car. Then another manager that was there stated I can open the building I'm not going to though and I said to him I've been asking all this time and you ain't said nothing and your other managers kept saying no one has it and replied he doesn't know what I have its none of his business. So he then stated I want you off the premise I said I'm not leaving with out my car. He then proceeded to call the police on me and I waited for them to get there. A friend of mine tried to reason with them to attempt to call someone and another one of the staff members then made the comment and said what is big koolaid doing now referring to me. Once the police arrived I explained to them what was going on and he went in and talked without them and they told the officer my car was locked inside. I then showed him that my car was sitting outside unlocked and unsecured. The officer went back in and asked them if I could get my keys since my car was sitting outside they told him no. So the officer told me just come back Monday and ask for a manager and go the the city to get the owner information and file a complaint. So Monday August 28, 2018 I went up there to get my vehicle and talk with the service manager concerning the incident and he responded by saying that you were called at 2pm and a voicemail was left. I showed him my called history and showed when they called but expressed to him I was not informed of the closing time and he said well you come here all the time and it's on the door and I said I only come during the week but that doesn't matter. I told him the other service reps I've worked with would leave a voicemail and a text message if I did not answer the phone with all the information needed this one did neither. He said well what would you like me to do I said resolved the situation I said I've lost money and work because I did not have my car he said that's not my problem. So he went to ask the service guy about the call he said it went straight to voicemail I said no it didn't it wrong I just missed the call. I them stated it seems that you don't really care so I'm just going to give David Hudson a call. So when I said that the Gm came and got in my face saying yea yea yea you go ahead and call David I'm the Gm you came up here caring a disturbance the other day and I said to him if you are not coming to help then please get out my face he continued to go on and said give him his car and don't you ever come back here again I said don't worry I won't. So I went to get my car and now the service manager tried to apologize and them stated I was going to need a jump my battery was dead and tested bad. I said so now my battery is bad and my car is dead when I have had no prior problems with my car starting but now it's a problem. So as I come out Conyers police is outside and they told them I was causing a disturbance when I only tried to get my vehicle and discuss what happened and I was rudely approached. So they took a trespass order out on me not to come back on the property. Now as of 8-29-18 I have received phone calls and emails asking me to come back to the property to get my car serviced after they said they don't want me back on the property. I called the business owners David Hudson who has failed to return my phone call back. More
This was my first to service, so far everything was great. Everyone was nice and courteous, Thang came and talked to us in the waiting area about what going on with the car, and the wait wasn't bad, we on our Everyone was nice and courteous, Thang came and talked to us in the waiting area about what going on with the car, and the wait wasn't bad, we on our way in about an hour.
