#simpleissuetooktoolong I was greeted immediately when I arrived, as there were no vehicles in the entrance ahead of me. I was told it would be about an hour to have my issue I was greeted immediately when I arrived, as there were no vehicles in the entrance ahead of me. I was told it would be about an hour to have my issue addressed. For a battery that was under warranty and the fact that there were only two people sitting in the waiting area. It took almost two hours to have a battery changed out. Since I called to see if I could just get the battery and put it in myself, I was told I had to have Honda install it for it to be under warranty. That was just a bit much to have it checked when I had already told the staff what I thought the problem was and have to sit for 110 plus minutes to have someone check it, come back to me and tell me it was a bad cell in the battery and me give authorization to replace it. That added another 30 minutes to what I call a waist of time. More
