Customer service My car buying experience on Sept 22, 18 was great with Latoya(sales person), Mo Deen(mgr) and Marla(finance). It was a known fact that I was in town e My car buying experience on Sept 22, 18 was great with Latoya(sales person), Mo Deen(mgr) and Marla(finance). It was a known fact that I was in town evacuated from the hurricane in NC and once I purchased my car I had to return back to NC for work and school. 5 days after buying my car, Sept 27, I had an issuse with the antenna fin that broke off. I went to the Kia dealership in town and they advised since my car was a new purchase to consult with Honda Conyers for possible help in getting the problem handled and they had no problem working with them to care for my car, if they could. I consulted the mgr(Rodney Orouke) who I was told is the mgr for used car sales and once I personally spoke to him hours after waiting to talk to him, he disregarded my whole conversation by over speaking me and telling me my car was fine once I left Honda Conyers and the warranty does not help me. I just merely wanted someone to help me figured out what to do being the car was not a week old, my first car puschase and I had a possible out of pocket expense. Later that day he called back to work with the dealership I was near as if he could help but then his call back to finish out what was discussed never happened. I left numerous messages as well as calling to see if someone else could help me. The NC Kia dealership also tried to reach out to him in hopes of getting my car fixed and still no response(not to mention he told the other dealership how he lost out on money with my car sale! How rude!!) No call back or consideration after waiting a week for a response. I decided to handle my own troubles, which I would’ve if it was not for the run around or possible promise of being helped...I never wanted to be a bother or was looking for the easy way out, Kia and I were just trying to see if Honda could get the part I needed cheaper and faster, to be replaced, I did not even ask them to pay for the service being that I figured it would be a bill I had to take care of. I just wanted guidance and help, not to be talked about and pushed to the side. It would’ve been respectful to at least get a call back to know what to do going forward. I gave up, leaning on this dealership and now know that they help you through the sale but once the deal is done, your customer experience is no longer valid with the mgmt in charge. More
