BUYER BEWARE! Went to go see a truck that was listed for $65K ($64,998) only to be hit with $4K in “dealer add ons”. Also had an offer for $31K for my trade in at Went to go see a truck that was listed for $65K ($64,998) only to be hit with $4K in “dealer add ons”. Also had an offer for $31K for my trade in at Carvana and $30K at Carmax and they offered $23K! And when I pointed out the dealer add ons the salesperson took of $2K in dealer adds but then they raised their vehicle price by $2K! I also pointed out that GM Financial was offering 2.99% (which is what I currently have through GM Financial) and they stated that it was either the rate or the manufacturer incentives! Complete lies as my last truck from GM had that rate and incentives! Be careful when visiting this dealer, they will try to steal your car and sell theirs at the highest price possible! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! More

I am grateful for Mr. Stephen Underwood and thankful for his care, professionalism and efficiency. He made a rather difficult day better and by the time I left that day I Stephen Underwood and thankful for his care, professionalism and efficiency. He made a rather difficult day better and by the time I left that day I felt better and much more confident about the possibility of being without my vehicle for weeks. I knew I would be well cared for and everything would be done with precision and high level of service. I am glad I chose Stonebriar Chevrolet and I highly recommend Mr. Underwood's Service. The communication was great and the entire team were welcoming and ensured pick up and drop off along with the loaner all ran smoothly and seamlessly. I couldn't be happier with this service. More
Worked with Alex Alcantar, worst experience ever. he took all my details, waisted our a lot time and asked us to agree on a deal and sign papers first before showing us any car or test drive. He said he took all my details, waisted our a lot time and asked us to agree on a deal and sign papers first before showing us any car or test drive. He said “agree on a deal first so I know you are not waisting my time” . Seriously we drove 1 hour to buy a car and this behavior disappointed us a lot. More
Took vehicle thinking I knew what the problem was, tech agreed and was charged $220 diagnostic fee. Declined $300 repair. Took vehicle to platinum chevrolet and technician pointed out what actual problem w agreed and was charged $220 diagnostic fee. Declined $300 repair. Took vehicle to platinum chevrolet and technician pointed out what actual problem was. Called Stonebriar and service manager advised they charge a diagnostic fee whether they diagnosis it correctly or not, so i can only assume they will continue charging a diagnostic fee until they diagnose it correctly, if that ever happens More
The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I've left many dealerships over the past 30 years because they couldn't get to the price I felt was fair but I've never felt personally i dealership. I've left many dealerships over the past 30 years because they couldn't get to the price I felt was fair but I've never felt personally insulted until attempting to purchase a 2025 Tahoe Premier from Stonebrier. Almost purchased completely online (which is how I have purchased my last 3 vehicles) but really wanted to sit in a Tahoe first because I was torn between Chevrolet and a higher end luxury SUV. Completed the pricing on the specific vehicle to obtain a cash price to have my bank wire the funds if I liked the way it drove. Detailed pricing included a full breakdown of dealer add ons, taxes, title and all fees. Talked with someone over the phone to have the vehicle available when we arrived as they would have nearly 2 hours notice. Arrived and the vehicle couldn't be located as they thought the salesman who had the keys was gone to lunch. Took about 30 minutes to get to actually sit in the vehicle and drive it. I told the salesman i would take it and reminded that I had the print out of the final total so there was not a need to haggle on price so please don't even attempt. He left and was gone for probably 20 minutes (long enough that we discussed getting up and leaving) when he came back with a gentleman in a suit who presented himself as the sales manager and simply said "dont kick me but we aren't making this deal". He pushed the print out of final price (directly from their website) back at me and said I'm losing money on this deal and you don't even live in this area so I can't get my money back from you in services or repeat business so here is the new price. He slid over a new print out with the final price increased $7700. I stood up to leave and said "I didn't negotiate the first price, it came directly from your website and provided me a final total which is deceptive if you don't plan to honor your own prices." He said unless you want to finance with me so I can make money from financing. I'm not making a deal with you." Stonebrier basically told me that because I live in Oklahoma, they aren't interested in my business! Mind you, the comment about not getting repeat business from me is laughable because the only reason I looked at this dealer for the Tahoe is because my husband had just purchased a vehicle from them about 6 months earlier. I've never lived in Texas, but I've purchased my last 4 vehicles in the DFW area including the 2025 Tahoe that I purchased on that day from another dealer 10 miles down the road for the original price quoted from Stonebriers site without having to haggle or feel disrespected!
