What’s the point? You cannot give me my time back. Also there’s a correction to my complaint. I wasn’t able to pick up/drive off with my car till 4:30pm not 3:30pm. The service guy was cool with the treatment so I guess this is the culture of the dealership. I’m not the only one who complained about the service from this place.
