Took a chance for oil change walk in because I didn’t make an appointment! They did it without hesitation. Also they did engine check and identify what requires immediate attention! If I could give this place Zero stars, I definitely would! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!! They are THE definition of sleazy car salesmen. Came in to buy a specific truck and told them exactly what I need would! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!! They are THE definition of sleazy car salesmen. Came in to buy a specific truck and told them exactly what I needed and where the payments needed to be. They couldn’t get it there that day. A couple days later they called and claimed they got the payment to the right place and told me to come back out there. (2 hour drive one way) I get there and they had lied. They handed me the deal to sign and it was still way above what I told them I could do. I got mad and they got all butt hurt when I tried to walk. I mean, this salesman started treating me like trash. They fixed it, I signed and then said it wasn’t done being detailed so I couldn’t take it that day… so I had to drive out AGAIN! Go to drive it off the lot and the window controls are not connected and lift totally out of the door. Their response was to just glue the broken part back down. Then it breaks down after only 2 months. Would not start at all. Can’t get a call back from service (I did buy the warranty btw) I end up fixing it myself. Then it breaks down again with a different issue about a month later. Again, can’t get service to call back. Finally reached someone who said I had to bring it to them for the warranty to cover. Drive it 2 hours to them to be told they can’t look at it because it wasn’t a Chevy!! Tried to see about getting out of this xxx and they try selling me a more expensive truck at list price. Uh, no. Also find out they sold me a truck with multiple open recalls including one for an issue with the antilock brake system. Now I'm stuck with a xxx truck that both sales and service refused to stand behind. (These weren’t even the only issues I had with this deal btw) Should have walked day one and never came back. More
The experience at the dealership has been decent overall. I got my vehicle here back in Labor Day, 2024, and had no issues with the sales rep. I was involved in an incident on December, 2024, and decided to get the car fixed at the collision center here since the dealership is near by my house. It has been a nightmare since. The agent assisting me has been nice and kind, but other than that u have nothing else nice to say. I had to wait until June, 2025 for my part to arrive (a light), and on top of that the original price for the part was changed, and so I had to pay more for it. What was suppose to be $1600 has added up to be $2500. On top of that I had to continue driving a car with a damaged light. I work in Arlington, and although I only have to drive there 2 times a week, it is still a dangerous drive with a broken light that is my front turn signal. To add further salt to the injury, when I finally got my car back the front bumper was not fixed properly and scratches where left behind. I then had to drive myself to the collision center repair shop on Plano to get it fixed (at the same time being told this would not be covered under warranty), and they ended up telling me it could not be fixed. I am now having to pay even more and wait even more. I am not one to write reviews but this has been a horrible experience, and one which makes me wonder if I should ever return to this dealership. I already have family come and get a different vehicle from them because I had liked them, but now I do believe it will be best if we never return here again. More
