Worst car purchase experience of my life. I purchased a used 2019 Chevy suburban. The sales person Eduardo Segura promised the body damage could be fixed by their shop so we agreed that they I purchased a used 2019 Chevy suburban. The sales person Eduardo Segura promised the body damage could be fixed by their shop so we agreed that they would do that work and I'd pick the car up in a few days. The car was not even started a week later when I picked it up for our vacation. After several rescheduled services and 5 trips to the dealership the car was still not done. I ultimately wanted the cosmetic issues resolved and they did everything to waste my time and do the minimum to resolve issues. If they wanted more money to do it right that would be one thing but that was never suggested. I just got the worst "touch up paint" I've even seen. I can feel the texture of the touch up. It is obviously visible. This is not what I wanted. I'm shocked the company allows the quality of work out of their shop. Avoid Eduardo Segura he will waste your time and lie to you. Oh and weeks later I'm still waiting to hear from them about their poor quality of work. Just poor customer service all around. And I'll need to replace the tire they sold me with a slow leak one month after purchase. More
