I ended up purchasing the vehicle under false pretenses. When I signed the initial offer, I clearly stated in writing that I did not agree to any optional add-ons. However, when I went into finance and signed the final paperwork, an additional warranty had been added to the price without my consent. This was presented after I signed the financing. I’d like to say that Jeff was extremely professional and very understanding of our situation while we were in Plano for a soccer tournament.
