Stone's Kia

We bought a car 6 years ago from this particular dealership, and were not impressed with the salesman or the finance guy, and then a few years later ordered a new car through them, and didn't have a dealership, and were not impressed with the salesman or the finance guy, and then a few years later ordered a new car through them, and didn't have a great experience either, and ended up going elsewhere for our car. Since then, we've been hesitant to go there for anything else, but recently needed some recall work done on our vehicle, and were SO IMPRESSED this time with everyone on the service team who helped us out! It took longer than they said it would, but they were very transparent and accomodating. And they even vacuumed our car when they were finished and gave us a coupon for a free car wash! I also greatly appreciated the courtesy car report that they gave us, helping us know the overall state of our car. All-in-all, my confidence has increased significantly concerning Stone's KIA in Idaho Falls. More
