Lori Smith was persistent in making sure my needs were met for the type of car that was desirable to me. Her communication was timely and her work in getting the deal finalized was efficient. Her honesty was much appreciated in all aspects of the purchasing experience. The price of the car was great compared to other dealerships that I visited. I would give the dealership a five star except for the fact that the GM never reached out to us to ensure that our experience was satisfactory. I believe that meeting and talking with the GM is an important part of customer service. More

I had been looking for several long months for a vehicle to no avail. It was very discouraging and frustrating going to different dealerships that tried to sell me cars out of my price point, to many miles, to no avail. It was very discouraging and frustrating going to different dealerships that tried to sell me cars out of my price point, to many miles, too big, or even some very odd not so attractive colors. Some lots even had vehicles that I don’t think would even pass your high standards to be on the lot to begin with. It was very frustrating and discouraging and I felt like giving up but I had to get a car! I went to your dealership because my sister was getting work done on her car. Boy am I ever glad I did! I met Anthony and he immediately tried to work with me. He saw my frustration and assured me even if it wasn’t today he was going to find me a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I am trying to get my life back together since my husbands death and my relocating down to GA with family. It’s been a very long road emotionally and physically. A year ago I was bedridden and wheelchair bound. Now I’m healthy once again so getting just the right car is a big step towards my independence and new beginning. Anthony immediately found me just what I was looking for. He listened to what I wanted and even genuinely consoled me when I spoke of the loss of my husband. It was refreshing to see such a spiritual young man succeeding in life. He did not push or bring up any type of religion or God until I did. He found me the perfect vehicle and I bought it that day! I was giddy with excitement and he showed me everything about the car and assured me if I had any questions at all about the car to just give him a call. This will always be my car dealership and Anthony will always be my go to guy when I’m ready to trade in. I think he will go very far with your company! I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole building down to the bathrooms, The cleaning lady never stopped the whole time I was there. Very refreshing and comforting in these COVID times. Anthony put a big bow on my new car and took the time out to take pictures of my sister and I. I even took a picture of him to remind me of the young man who was part of my new beginning! Thank you all so much! But most of all thank y hi ou Anthony!! More

Stone Mountain made our buying experience incredibly easy from start to finish. Nick, Jean, and Kurt were some of the best people I have every worked with in my car buying experiences prior. They worked ha from start to finish. Nick, Jean, and Kurt were some of the best people I have every worked with in my car buying experiences prior. They worked hard to get me my dream vehicle (even though it wasn't even a Volkswagen) for the right price, and made (almost) everything feel no pressure at all. Negotiations (the only time it felt like the pressure was on amongst all of us involved) were simple, fair, and straightforward, and after that, it was smooth sailing. I drove off happy-dancing in my new SUV, feeling like I had NOT just been through a battle to get it (which I how I have felt in prior car buying situations). This is the 3rd car we purchase at Stone Mountain VW and let me tell you, we will keep coming here every time we need a new car. Lori was exceptional as usual! She assisted us in a very safe way, made sure let me tell you, we will keep coming here every time we need a new car. Lori was exceptional as usual! She assisted us in a very safe way, made sure we were 6ft apart from her, had a mask on all the time, and most important, despite the fact that we showed up at 6PM, she listened to us and was capable of bringing a single car that checked all the boxes we requested. After that, she was able to work with us regarding the monthly payment of the car, and we were out of the dealer in less than 2 hours.
