Be wary My Wife took her 2010 Beetle with an oil leak and they found multiple things wrong. 2 oil leaks, and a bad cv boot. We asked them to look at an issu My Wife took her 2010 Beetle with an oil leak and they found multiple things wrong. 2 oil leaks, and a bad cv boot. We asked them to look at an issue with the trunk not opening properly and they told us it would be a $89 diagnostic fee that would go towards the repair, which we agreed to it. After what seemed like throwing parts at the problem they wanted to charge us for the service time of the failed repair on a VW Beetle at a VW dealership. That total came to $800! They tried three different parts to fix it and could not repair it and expected me to cover the cost of their incompetence. I would have been okay with paying the diagnostics x3, at $89 per "try", but $800 Really!? Back to the oil leaks, one was allegedly on the valve cover gasket that I had replace last year due to a faulty PCV valve that was causing the engine to rev uncontrollably into the redline. The PCV valve is built into the valve cover so I had to replace the valve cover and the gasket. After replacing the valve cover the problem immediately went away and has not come back, Until this dealership decided to replace the brand new gasket. Now my wife is stranded about 70 miles from home and the service department told us to call our own tow truck. More

I decided on Stone Mountain Volkswagen knowing they had an excellent reputation, AND they had the most inventory to choose from in my price point. Lori was extremely patient and thorough during negotiations, and I felt always that she had my best interests in mind as it related to my budget and 'wish list'. I LOVE my 'new" (2016)Tiguan, and will come back for the newer model at some point in the future. I have driven Toyota Highlanders since 2000, and never, ever thought I would switch to a different model. So glad I did--simply great car all around. More

Car service I went to one shop because I know my car and I could tell it wasn't driving the same. That shop tried telling me there was nothing wrong with my car, the next day 4 lights came on. I then made an appointment here because I knew these guys would know how to fix my car. Seth was great with explaining everything to me. I should've just came here first, then maybe my car wouldn't have been in the shop for 2 days. More
