Job not complete as requested I dropped my car off Thursday night and was not notified it was ready Friday. I called Saturday no one could help me due to my service advisor being I dropped my car off Thursday night and was not notified it was ready Friday. I called Saturday no one could help me due to my service advisor being out of the office. Picked my car up on Monday afternoon and all my service request are not done. I even asked prior to picking the car up if everything had been completed Monday morning and was advised all request done. I now have to schedule another trip to VW this is such an inconvenience. More
