Unsatisfied Customer I haven’t had a problem with the customer service, but am having the same problem with the air conditioner 3 times now. The car is brand new, I’m payi I haven’t had a problem with the customer service, but am having the same problem with the air conditioner 3 times now. The car is brand new, I’m paying too much money for this car for it to have the same problem 3 times. This time I was told to keep the car only on one setting, Why should I do this with a BRAND new car. It’s almost like they are just putting a bandaid on the problem. I’m very unsatisfied. I’ve brought several cars from here and have referred several people who have purchased cars from here. I’m really thinking about returning this car and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to purchase from here. More

Frustrated. I have called the dealership for an appointment, explained that AC is not working and also mentioned that it looks a problem that is more than just lo I have called the dealership for an appointment, explained that AC is not working and also mentioned that it looks a problem that is more than just low on freon. Waited for 6 hours. Service rep told me that the compressor is weak, may require replacing it soon. He also mentioned that, they did something to fix the compressor temporarily. I don't know what that means, but since they charged me more than $150, I thought they have done something. Technician test drove the vehicle. I got into the car drove few miles only to find out that nothing has been done to the AC. Same old same old. Called the dealership right away, no one answered the phone. I am already late to the event because of the 6 hours wait time at the dealership, otherwise I would have returned to the dealership right away. I will give credit to one thing though, I thought I needed new brake pads, rather than simply changing the pads, service team was honest and told me that there is still more life left on the pads and did not need replacing. Appreciate it. But I don't appreciate what they did with AC. I have since then tried calling the dealership, left voice mail, but no one called me yet. More
Worst repair job ever I took my car in to fix an oil leak. I picked it up with the treansmission messed up. They said it was not their fault but if I bought the transmissio I took my car in to fix an oil leak. I picked it up with the treansmission messed up. They said it was not their fault but if I bought the transmission they would wave the labor costs. 2 weeks later I get the car back...the tiptronic switch is screwed up. Oh, we didnt do it. You buy the part we will wave the labor. No way am I paying them another dime for messing up my car. Awful service..Never again. More
