Always thorough and courteous. This was my 3rd complete Service on my 2017 Golf. Done right and returned when they say it will be returned. I’ve also had a couple of recall visits. Time management I was there two and a half hours for a tire plug on a slow day . Appointment time wasn’t fulfilled I made an appointment for 11:00am and I got there at 10:55am they didn’t sign me in until 11:55am. I asked for the 90,000 mile service. It was compl I made an appointment for 11:00am and I got there at 10:55am they didn’t sign me in until 11:55am. I asked for the 90,000 mile service. It was completed at 1:30pm. I decided to get the spark plug changed. I called and Chris wasn’t around, therefore I spoke with Sam and informed him that I would like to get the spark plugs done. Sam confirmed. The conversation with Sam was 1:48pm. While waiting I visited the sales floor and Victor took me out on a test drive. Chris called at 2:22pm and I didn’t answer because I was driving. At 3:00, I went to service to pay and I was told that the spark plugs weren’t completed, but it will be completed by the close of business at 6:00pm. That was ridiculous. I’d been there since 10:55 and then Sam tells me that it will be another 3 hours. I also had a coupon for a loaner and I was told that they were all out and I should’ve called 2 weeks to reserve a loaner. The coupon doesn’t show a time frame to get a loaner. Sam asked if I would like to reschedule and I politely said no, and I won’t be returning to Stone Mountain VW for any services or purchasing of a new car. More

My husband was hesitant at first, but he came back with such a great deal that Tony went above and beyond to help me get my dream of having a beetle. My husband was hesitant at first, but he came back with such a great deal that we had to say yes. He made the entire process quick and easy. I would recommend him to anyone that needs to purchase a vehicle from Stone Mountain Volkswagen. He was wonderful. I cannot day enough great things about him. Now, after 10 years, I finally have my beetle and I couldn’t be happier. :) More

If you can’t figure out how to deliver on this promise, then don’t make it. Especially when you won’t let me make an appointment for this service and claim you can come in anytime. Well I came in on 7/5 at 830 and left after 11 for an oil change, tire rotation and simple warranty fix. More
