However, when I took it to another shop for a second opinion, they immediately noticed a spark plug was not installed all the way, and that was the problem. After showing them what VW Stone Mountain said the problem was ( after not even seeing the spark plug on their diagnostic) they could not believe that the mechanics couldn't find such an obvious problem and tried to sell me on a much more complicated fix that wouldn't have solved the problem. I am never taking my car here again, and would rather get my car serviced at other dealers in atlanta More

With Fidelity and gave certain time budget through auto labor guide) and individual choose to tack on more hours. As if it isn't a headache already because of the vehicle was only driven for a month from purchase from other dealership. It was handled accordingly after I expressed my concerns.
