Lifesaver !!! Noticed a little birdie close to the DOOR !!! His little head got STUCK there when a customer exited !!! The technician rather skillfully maneuvered the door and FREED the little one !!! Placed away from the door in back of service department old VW bus/truck and eventually took flight !!! And the service was exquisite too!!! More

Waste of time...for a second time We came here with our 2018 Tiguan a month and a half ago because it was shaking. They claimed it was because we need new tires but the car only has 20 We came here with our 2018 Tiguan a month and a half ago because it was shaking. They claimed it was because we need new tires but the car only has 20,000 miles on it. There’s no reason for new tires, and we’ve gotten it checked by other service centers. They claim the tires are fine. There’s also a recall on our car that they refuse to fix each time because “they’re too busy.” This has been twice! We will never come here again. Such a complete waste of time. More

There was only two things I wasnt to happy about and that was that the cars and prices I saw online for this particular dealership was either not there or had different price listed but the sales team did an amazing job at helping meet my needs. Second was that I wasnt able to get payment info until later in the sale. Although I was more than pleased with my numbers just didnt like not knowing until they were ready to tell me. But overall finance department were amazing as well. I would recommend them to all and everyone looking for an amazing experience reliever from amazing people. They really do care about their customers and will go above and beyond to meet your needs :). Thanks again soooooooo much. More
They forgot about me! Went to get my 30,000 mile oil change, not only was i there for 4 hours but they completely forgot about me. I asked 3 hours in and he said just a fe Went to get my 30,000 mile oil change, not only was i there for 4 hours but they completely forgot about me. I asked 3 hours in and he said just a few more minutes. An hour later i look outside to see my car parked out front. So i go to see what's going on and they had already closed up for the night. Had to find a salesman to find out how i could get my keys. The lady apologized but the damage was done for me. I will take my business elsewhere. More

Stone Mountain VW made it so easy to trade in and get a new vehicle (Tiguan). It was a special situation and I worked directly with the sales manager. Sales Managers are not typically easy to work with but that was not my experience here. I worked with George Brue and he crafted a workable deal for me. I love my new car and couldn’t be more pleased. I recently purchased another Jetta from Nalley VW and it was a complete nightmare. I highly recommend this dealership. More
Wait time for service was unacceptable! Had an appt @1:30 for service to ‘18 Tiguan for multiple electronic issues. Left the dealership around 6:30...5 hours later...only to be told they fou Had an appt @1:30 for service to ‘18 Tiguan for multiple electronic issues. Left the dealership around 6:30...5 hours later...only to be told they found nothing conclusive. Next step would be to contact VW engineers if issues continue...guess what...THEY ARE STILL HAPPENING! Told they have 1 loaner vehicle & an appt is required far in advance to accommodate this request. Now to make the next appt & hopefully secure the loaner so they can fix the electronics on this practically new vehicle! 1st VW I’ve purchased...not happy at all w/ the service dept thus far! Not updated during the service visit as to the progress....had to inquire myself after hours of sitting there! I made an appt for a reason! More
