The Volkswagen Roadside Assistance person I dealt with (not associated with the dealership was an incredibly rude and unhelpful person, asking me for The Volkswagen Roadside Assistance person I dealt with (not associated with the dealership was an incredibly rude and unhelpful person, asking me for information on the exact height clearance of my work garage while in my office on the 25th floor, etc, but the Stone Mountain service personnel (Rachel and the Shuttle Driver - Dan?) were absolutely awesome.
