Tony was very professional, communicated great through the entire process, and helped with the transition of going from my old vehicle to the new vehicle. I’d like to also add that the finance manager Rick did an amazing job too going over options, and not pressuring me to purchase anything that I decided to not add on. What an amazing team! Amazing!!! I had a coolant alert on my 2018 Tiguan and contacted the service center. I was immediately scheduled for an appointment and at the same time offered I had a coolant alert on my 2018 Tiguan and contacted the service center. I was immediately scheduled for an appointment and at the same time offered a mitigating option pending the appointment. While at the appointment, a further 16 or more points investigation was done at no cost to me and within an hour and a half I had my car back and everything was normal. More

Incompetence and Poor Management My husband took my car in for an oil and filter change. As part of this service the dealership completed a multi point inspection. When my husband loo My husband took my car in for an oil and filter change. As part of this service the dealership completed a multi point inspection. When my husband looked at the report, the report stated I needed 2 front tires. My husband questioned that because we just put new tires on the car less than a year ago. He also questioned the break report because we have noticed some changes. The service person assured him that everything was accurate. A few days after the oil change, we noticed a grinding sound that also sounded like we were dragging something. We stopped, got out but didn’t see anything. The grinding Sound became progressively worse so I called VW To let them know I started to hear a noise after the oil change. They told me to bring it in. Skip to the diagnosis- the service person made a mistake with documenting the tire report and the break report. Break pads were completely gone, rotors in bad shape and possible caliper lock up! My husband talked to the service manager who kept trying to make excuses and tell my husband how much it was going to cost us. Luckily my husband knows a bit about cars to counter some of the foolishness the service manager was spewing. In the end, amazingly the caliper was ok so I only had to pay for new breaks and rotors :( The service manager made a big deal of giving us a $120 discount, but when I called my brother who works for a Ford dealership in FL and told him the price, he said that was the typical price and does not appear to reflect a discount:( I will NEVER take my car to Stone Mountain VW again for service. Unreliable, incompetent and poor customer service. Very disappointing. More

Received no proactive communications from my no-service rep Very poor customer service during the check in process. No proactive feedback provided. After an hour and half in the waiting area went to service desk. Was told dash light issue was being checked. Had to go to service desk again after 30 minutes for status again. Felt very invisible and disrespected. Finally told Rachel to stop work and return my car. In all fairness, the service foreman was excellent once he got involved. More

My experience was great, they were not pushy as some sales people meet. We explained what we were looking for. They did not try get us to get extra bells and whistles on they car.
