My girlfriend was in the market for a used car, and she shopped at Stone Mountain Volkswagen. I was not with her during her initial visit. The original deal was insulting! They attempted to rip her off with her trade in, and overcharged her for the used vehicle. I spoke with colleagues in the industry, and used this information to attempt to negotiate a reasonable deal. To no avail! We spoke to “Tony” the sales person, his level of service was adequate. Although, once he involved the finance team into the negotiations, it was a disaster! Lloyd was the worst! He, along with the “decision-makers” behind the glass. They were unreasonable, and unwilling to negotiate a deal. They wasted countless hours of our time. They refunded her $1000, and canceled our deal without notice. This is disheartening considering my girlfriend was a repeat customer. We later purchased a vehicle from Mini of Buford. Great inventory, sales people, and finance people. We are really satisfied with our experience there. Please save yourself the headache, don’t shop here. There are other dealerships out there that will respect you.. More

I was looking to purchase my 1st new car. I went in on Friday and looked at the inventory and met Lori Smith (Sales Consultant). She was very helpful and let me lead the way on what I wanted. I went home to sleep on it and discuss it further with my wife. The next day we returned and probably looked at 8 different vehicles and drove many of them. Lori helped me with everything along the way and made the whole process pleasant and easy. Thanks for all your help Lori! More
Took vehicle in for routine maintenance service. Was informed it would be approximately two hours, I was prepared to wait. Informed service advisor that windshield washer fluid was not working. He r Was informed it would be approximately two hours, I was prepared to wait. Informed service advisor that windshield washer fluid was not working. He responded it would be an additional hour to run diagnostics. After checking it himself he said it was probably the motor as there was no sound when he tried to activate windshield washer. After service was complete I paid my bill $363.03 and drove home. The temperature warning light came on the next day. I open the hood to find the coolant below the warning mark and the cap off. It appears they may have intended to do the job. However it was NOT done, I’m certain there was no quality control. I had to have vehicle towed to another dealership. I’m disappointed that this service department/dealership would do such shoddy job. Now I’m left to question if the other routine maintenance services where performed or the service light was just cut off . More
I went into Stone Mountain VW to test drive the newest version of my car, the Jetta GLI Autobahn, and ended up leaving with one.
