Recall VW said the recall would take one hour, however, it took three hours and the service writer said he would mail me the copy of my work order, which i VW said the recall would take one hour, however, it took three hours and the service writer said he would mail me the copy of my work order, which i still haven't received yet. Horrible experience I went to my oil change and spent 2 hours and 45 minutes. Even the car was ready sitting on the parking lot for 45 minutes they didn’t bother to call I went to my oil change and spent 2 hours and 45 minutes. Even the car was ready sitting on the parking lot for 45 minutes they didn’t bother to call me to let me know that the car was ready until I waked to the counter and reminded them they forgot me. Even the mechanic was surprised and told the customer service I gave you paperwork long time ago. I don’t understand why this dealership have bad service or they treat certain people with less respect and service. How we trust you with major maintenance if you aren’t satisfied miner maintenance. More

Great customer service I scheduled an appointment on 12/26 due to a manufacturer recall. I was greeted upon arrival. The staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. And they offer coffee, hot chocolate and water while you wait. And they even washed my car. I highly recommend them. More
Went in for routine service I thought the day after Christmas would be less crowded and I would be in and out. Wrong! It appeared as if everyone had the same idea! In spite of th I thought the day after Christmas would be less crowded and I would be in and out. Wrong! It appeared as if everyone had the same idea! In spite of this the service department got me checked in rather quickly. A recall popped up in the computer and would be taken care of that day. I was informed that I would be a minimum of two hours, I elected to stay and wait for the vehicle. After two hours the service tech ( I think Sam) came to tell me it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. Sam returned in about 15 minutes to inform me that they forgot the recall repair and he would put a rush on it. I (in total) spent about three and a half hours waiting, but that was my option. I could have arranged a ride home. So can’t blame the dealer for that. the waiting area is fine, coffee was good, and I’m completely caught up on my email. Doughnuts would have earned them the fifth star. More
