Your vehicle was repaired in our body shop in May of 2007. We offer a twelve month warranty on parts, labor, and materials as plainly stated at our facility. Under normal conditions, improperly applied paint would show a problem within that time frame. You first reported a problem to us in Jume 2010; three years after repairs were completed. You state that your insurance company offers a lifetime guarantee on repairs to vehicles covered by them.
