I negotiated my 2011 VW Tiguan completely on line with Ken Bohannon at Dwight Harrison VW in Snellville. I got my best price and best customer service from this dealership. The other Atlanta area VW dea Ken Bohannon at Dwight Harrison VW in Snellville. I got my best price and best customer service from this dealership. The other Atlanta area VW dealerships were unimpressive. Marietta wanted to play games with scratch off discount cards, Chamblee didn't have internet access to the salesman we test drove a VW with, Gossett claimed to have the best price in town but turned out to be the highest, and the one in Lithia Springs was completely inept overall. We met with Ken Bohannon when we showed up to inspect, test drive, and purchase the VW Tiguan. He told us he had just 'unwrapped' the vehicle, had it washed and inspected in preparation for our arrival. The purchase process was quick and easy and Ken was patient with all of our requests. He took me out to the car to connect my phone to the blue tooth option and showed how to use the features of the car. He made sure the tank was full before we drove off. Our experience was very positive. My husband is talking about getting a Jetta when he replaces his vehicle. We will be going back to this dealership at that point. More

I have been dealing with Dwight Harrison Volkswagen for seven years and purchased three different cars, and have found them to be very efficient. I am always treated with respect and told what is happening seven years and purchased three different cars, and have found them to be very efficient. I am always treated with respect and told what is happening as they are repairing my car, changing oil, rotating tires, etc. I get in and out of service quickly and have friendly, kind service people. When repairs have been done in the past, the dealership has taken care of my transportation needs. I can only say good things about the sales and service departments at Dwight Harrision Volkswagen. Collectively, my husband and I have leased six VWs (five Jettas, one bug). The first one I personally leased was at Dwight Harrison. I was sick of my Sentra breaking down and called VW because my husband's Jettas, one bug). The first one I personally leased was at Dwight Harrison. I was sick of my Sentra breaking down and called VW because my husband's Jetta was a great car to drive. A week later, I was in my first VW (silver bug) and still within my budget, pretty satisfied with my car — thanks to Rick Kiker. Several VWs later, I went back to Dwight Harrison because I wanted the best deal and was no longer satisfied with my previous VW dealership. Rick was back and said he'd get me into a new VW for roughly what I was paying before. He did exactly that. I told him what I wanted and he and Ken Bohanan worked to get me what I requested. They bird-dogged the VW lease program I wanted to qualify for and made sure I was aware of each step they were taking. Last Saturday, I spent about 1 hour with both Ken and Rick and left with a new Jetta that was in my price range and a sheer joy to drive. The entire experience was painless, fair and quick. I wish I had never strayed from Dwight Harrison. Seriously, I've shopped all of the VW dealerships in Atlanta over the past few years. Dwight Harrison is the best I've dealt with. Go there. Visit them. Get your VW there. It's worth it. More
I test drove a Jetta TDI and a Golf TDI at Dwight Harrison VW. After doing some research and investigating the cars, I called the salesman Chris back and told him I wanted a Jetta TDI Cup Edition wit Harrison VW. After doing some research and investigating the cars, I called the salesman Chris back and told him I wanted a Jetta TDI Cup Edition with specific options and in blue or red. He said he did a computer search, but since they didn't make many of the TDI Cup Editions that he couldn't find what I wanted. So, I told him I'd take a regular Jetta TDI with certain options. He said that he would find the car and call me back in 1 hour. He didn't call back - until 2 days later. My goal was to buy a car now and to take advantage of the 0% financing on 2010 Jetta TDI's. On the same day the Dwight Harrison VW salesman Chris told me that what I wanted wasn't available, I did my own internet search, and I found exactly what I wanted (a red Jetta TDI Cup Edition with sunroof, 6 speed and IPOD connection) at Metro VW in Irving, Texas. Metro VW was awesome and made buying a car over the phone very easy. The sales and finance people at Metro VW are great. It was easier to fly to Texas, buy a car and drive back to Atlanta, than it was to try to buy a car at Dwight Harrison which is only 30 minutes from my house. More
WARNING I'd like to warn anyone who has purchased a car WARNING I'd like to warn anyone who has purchased a car from this dealership. If you get a check from your insurance company don't use this dealersh WARNING I'd like to warn anyone who has purchased a car from this dealership. If you get a check from your insurance company don't use this dealership to repair your car. They do not stand behind the work that is done to your vechile. I found out my insurance company has a lifetime warranty on parts and repair. I purchased a JETTA as a high school graduation gift for my daughter; 6 months later she had an accident. I chose to use the dealership to repair the car and not a certified auto mechanic with my insurance company. Bad mistake. This dealership had someone paint my daughter's car and the paint is chipping and bubbling all over the place; and I noticed the paint is not the same color as the factory paint. They refused to repair the damage because I'm requesting for service after a 12 month warranty periord which is not clearly stated on the service agreement. Please be warned ask your insurance company before allowing this dealership to repair your car More
I just purchased a 2009 VW Jetta from this dealer and this has been the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I was given a all of my information on the phone regarding financing and how much the this has been the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I was given a all of my information on the phone regarding financing and how much the monthly payment would be, and surprisingly, this information did not change once I came into the dealership!!! Both salesman, Ken Bohannan and Rick Kiker, were very polite and professional. There was no pressure at anytime during the purchase. I would highly recommend this dealer and these two salesman to anyone. I am loving the Jetta!!! Thank You to both Rick and Ken. More
I just purchased a new Passat CC and was thoroughly impressed with the level of knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism displayed by my salesman and business manager. They introduced me to the ser impressed with the level of knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism displayed by my salesman and business manager. They introduced me to the service department,Derek, and showed me many features on the vehicle I was not familiar with. The price was fair and they worked hard on getting me the best financing out there. I appreciate all of the hard work and will be sure to use Dwight Harrison Service and Parts as sales has set a high standard. More
I've owned atleast 6 VW's over the years and I purchased a new 2009 GTI from Dwight Harrison last summer. I took the vehicle in for 20k service and they said everything was perfect on the car. I go to anoth a new 2009 GTI from Dwight Harrison last summer. I took the vehicle in for 20k service and they said everything was perfect on the car. I go to another shop to buy some new tires a week later and they noticed one of the rear calipers had an issue and was eating up brake pads unevenly as other side was perfect. I had them replace the pads and I went back to Dwight for a caliper replacement under warranty. They refused saying there is nothing wrong even though you can plainly see the damage to the pads. I am taking my vehicle to another local VW dealer as they immediately understood the problem and are going to fix the issue. I can't believe on something dealing with the safety of your customers you are willing to cut corners to save a buck!? More
Rudeness and incompetence is the norm at Dwight Harrison. Excuses are the norm while action is unheard of. The internet sales slouch would rather play video games on his computer rather than locate the ca Excuses are the norm while action is unheard of. The internet sales slouch would rather play video games on his computer rather than locate the car I asked for. Then when his incompetence was exposed he simply stated that I was not a prospective customer (even though I had my checkbook in hand to make the purchase on the spot). The manager Tony Bolin (?spelling) was able to close my purchase deal but he turned out to be just as incompetent. I can only guess that this action is bred from the top down. The service department is staffed with idiotic, arrogant boobs what don't know which end of a screwdriver to use. It took me less than 10 minutes of conversation to realize they had not read any of the service techniques noted in their own factory manuals. How does this get past corporate VW? The wrong oil used??? How on earth? It's in service bulletins, it's in the manual, it's on decals under the hood. It's just not in the dealership service department. It's quite a shame. The parts department has proven to be satisfactory. They don't seem to have jacked up the MSRP on their parts prices and they have in stock most routine items that I've needed over the years. I won't fault the parts department,, all things considered. I have bought two cars from Dwight Harrison and I won't make the drive out to Stone Mountain to do business with them ever again. Case closed! More
