I had been looking for a 2008-2009 Passat.We had been searching the internet for a couple of months,and I had been marking down possible cars and watching them. My wife and I traveled over their one afternoon,to see the car. We were also interested in a 2009 Passat. We made the trip over there,240 miles from our home,to view the cars. Rick called to check on us during our trip and gave us advice on an easier way to get to the dealership. We got there at about 7:30 pm and he was ready for us. Had both cars waiting and cleaned up.Rick explained all of the benefits of both cars and allowed us the time to make the decision by ourselves. No pressure sales,just good honest help. This is an outstanding dealership with very knowledgible and friendly employees. We bought the 2009 Passat and we will be back when we decide to upgrade. More

We immediately called Rick and told him what time we'd like to visit, he made the appointment and even called back to give me instructions upon our departure 45 miles away. I was greeted immediatley upon arrival, but not gang tackled by everyone. It seemed as if all were trained on making eye contact and asking how am I doing without being overbearing. While Rick was with another customer, the staff continued to be pleasant and informative. When Rick was done, not a wait at all, the car was ready outside to view and test drive, clean and smelling good. One trip around the block and one question about price and I was done. We looked, decided and purchased within 30 to 40 minutes top. Incredible, no hard sell, no obnoxious give and take and certainly everyone treating me, on a used car low price point, like I mattered. If the expected service wasn't enough, Rick drove the car to my house, 1 hour away. Cannot believe that level of CS. Anyway Great Job by all. More
