Returned vehicle within 24 hours, and they suggest I have new problems and want to charge an additional $2500. Why didn't the "professionals" find this problem the first time? Now they want to add additional labor for the next problem! I think NOT! Had another mechanic check and low and behold, they should've caught the second problem the first time! When speaking to the owner about my concerns, he hung up on me! Really? He also lied and said he returned my calls. Funny my cell phone never showed his number. He also likes to duck and dodge your phone calls..."professionalism" at its best. I read another review where the owner was stated to be arrogant. Yes, you were definitely correct! We'll see how far this business goes with this type of treatment at the top! Most crumble quickly. Karma is a .... Take your service and your vehicle to another location! I had been looking for a 2008-2009 Passat.We had been searching the internet for a couple of months,and I had been marking down possible cars and watching them. Three different cars at Dwight Harrison kept interesting me. I called Rick Kiker and he gave me all the details about the car that I was the most interested in,a 2008 Passat Komfort. My wife and I traveled over their one afternoon,to see the car. We were also interested in a 2009 Passat. We made the trip over there,240 miles from our home,to view the cars. Rick called to check on us during our trip and gave us advice on an easier way to get to the dealership. We got there at about 7:30 pm and he was ready for us. Had both cars waiting and cleaned up.Rick explained all of the benefits of both cars and allowed us the time to make the decision by ourselves. No pressure sales,just good honest help. This is an outstanding dealership with very knowledgible and friendly employees. We bought the 2009 Passat and we will be back when we decide to upgrade. More
