When I came back, I got to work with Phillip Franco and from all my years buying cars, (even luxury) I have never experienced the honesty and care he provided to me that day. He knew a lot about the VW products and was willing to hear and answer concerns. He made the purchasing part easy, and have even helped with some questions/concerns post sale, when most salesman just want to push the sale ,make the comission and forget you after you drive off the lot. I am stunt by the level of service provided by Phillip Franco, he is the exception to all the car salesman you have ever met...outstanding professionalism and honesty. Promises and Honesty????? When I purchased my 2013 VW Golf, the folks in the dealership were great, the experience was one of the best I have had, but then it all stopped there When I purchased my 2013 VW Golf, the folks in the dealership were great, the experience was one of the best I have had, but then it all stopped there. Promises made about service were not followed through, e.g. loaner car not available during routine servicing. Then the first servicing they removed my parking garage key access sticker from my windshield, not a big thing but why? Did they really know what they were doing? Well evidently not. I returned one more time for servicing. This time I was told I needed a new battery (not covered under warranty of course). Well didn't trust it or them and low and behold a year later battery and car are still doing fine. Recently had my daughter's car in from out of town, needed to get a problem diagnosed. Well we might as well have bought a new car by the time they said this was wrong, just about to authorize repair, when oh and by the way we recommend you repair this and this and this! Really, again very dishonest service representatives -- didn't know what to believe so we picked up the car and will go elsewhere for service. I won't be back again for service or to purchase a new car. More
