First visit was to a dealership that jerked me around over email, and when I showed up to test drive, was 1k higher on the sticker, added on 2k in fees, offered me half value on my trade-in, and wrote me over email, and when I showed up to test drive, was 1k higher on the sticker, added on 2k in fees, offered me half value on my trade-in, and wrote me up for a laughable ARP on my very strong credit. We're talking on last year's model that had been on their lot for 10 months, on the last weekend of the month, during a pandemic. Drove 80 minutes north. Stone Mountain honored their internet price (7k under MSRP), tacked on a single dealer fee, gave me full value for my trade-in, and even threw in a set of mats. They detailed the car, hooked up the financing, and had a key in my hand in under 2 hours. Best dealership experience I've ever had, and I will be back. Shout out to Irnes and Sung Hong. More

(this is my third VW. 2 Jettas 1987 GL in 1987 & a 1998 GLI in 2005 respectively! and a couple in between prior to my 2013. Back to these outstanding people @SMVW! First there's Irnes Masic ( i have his name saved in my contacts) I love him, his heart! Second Ms. Rachael Johnson in service, she's explained to me that my first oil change was free, then my next oil change won't be until 20,000miles! I was so blown away that I grabbed her & hugged her lol! Now let me bring your attention to Chris? ( i hope that's his name, he sits in the first chair on my left when coming to service dept) I was concerned about a windshield light that came on my dashboard, he explained that it was my windshield wiper fluid, he drove my beautiful platinum grey Tiq( nickname) around to service for me & brought my keys to me while I was chatting with Irnes!
