I was referred to Mason by a close friend who set very high expectations, and can honestly say he exceeded the set bar. Prior to our test drive Mason had done extensive research on the vehicle (non-dealer brand) and was able to confidently answer all of the questions I had. I never felt pressured once and knew that Mason was looking out for my best interests as a car buyer throughout the entire experience. Then when it came time to reviewing all the financial numbers and figures, Mason was always straight forward and transparent.Even when I looked at other vehicles at a different dealer, Mason was still there for me to help provide fact-checks and guidance. I mean, what car sales person still goes out of their way to make sure that you are getting the best deal regardless of whether the sale is with them or not? I have never met another car sales person as nice, honorable, or customer-centric as Mason Reynolds. I highly recommend working with him! More
Easy, straight forward. Purchased 2016 Passat R-line. White ext. black int. Our salesman Mohammad Tamimi was very knowledgeable and explained things in plain and clear language. Negotiations were easy and stress free which I appreciated. Mr. Park did the financing of the car and was very professional as well taking the time to answer all my questions and ensure we understood all the numbers and figures presented met our expectations during the negotiation process. Phillip is uniquiqe in that he is the whole package, beyond plus a typical salesman. Througout our buying process Phillip was respectful, kind and gracious yet honest with me, and that is hard to find these days. I am certain that Phillip had me and my entire family's best interest at heart, and was not just trying to make a sale. He took the time to explain every detail thoroughly and always stayed on point. I am confident Phillip went above and beyond and worked extremely hard to get me the very best deal. Phillip also did an amazing job of maintaining a personable yet professional balance. Buying a car is a huge expense and commitment and I am always leery about what may happen. However with Phillip this is the first time in my life that I walked away from the sale feeling 100% good about what I just did. I would recommend allowing Phillip to train other salesmen because before I got to Phillip I spoke to two of them and was overwhelmed very quickly but not with Phillip! One of the things I like most about my experience is that when someone did not know something than they went and found the right answer rather than just supplying any answer. He was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. I was very impressed by him. He knew the car I was interested in really well and explained and demonstrated its features very thoroughly. The negotiation process was tension free, and even when I got a little tough on the price he handled it without a sales manager paying me a visit - which almost always happened in the past. The finance office part was smooth and quick as well. When the car was prepped and ready to go Mohammad took all the time needed to make sure I was familiar with all the controls and features...and it was getting late by that time. I feel like I got a great deal on a great car and had a better-than-expected experience at Stone Mountain VW. 2016 Jetta Sport 1.8T, zoom! More
