Family Dealer!!! My husband and I called Phil a day prior to coming in to set up a time. I told this man we'd be in at 10 am. I was totally wrong and totally late. Aft My husband and I called Phil a day prior to coming in to set up a time. I told this man we'd be in at 10 am. I was totally wrong and totally late. After gettin myself and 3 young children in the car, it was 11:50. I frantically called Phil and he calmly stated, "Don't worry, you're fine. Drive safely and take your time. I'll be here." We arrived right around 12:45. Children full of energy. Baby crying. Phil just smiled and welcomed us in. At some point my husband and I had to take the kids to the car. Phil was toggling back and forth between me in the car and my husband in the building. He made sure that he answered all of our questions and got us exactly what we needed. We were in and out of there without missing a beat!! If I could give Phil more stars I totally would!!! More
