Poor Service I recently purchased a 2010 Volkswagen cc from a private owner after having the vehicle for about 2 weeks I noticed that it was leaking oil. I decided I recently purchased a 2010 Volkswagen cc from a private owner after having the vehicle for about 2 weeks I noticed that it was leaking oil. I decided to take my vehicle to Stone Mountain Volkswagen on 09/27/2016 so that I can obtain a diagnostic which I did and I was told my turbo was leaking and the total would be 2012.39 😤 lucky for me I added a extended warranty which served me no justice because I was told that the warranty would not cover due to pre existing. Anyway I decided to have the repairs done including any re calls which was two. On 10/4/2016 my vehicle was ready and I paid 2012.39 only to find out four days later I have the same leak , I work for the court system so I had to wait for my day off which was Tuesday 10/11/2016 to take my vehicle back to Stone Mountain Volkswagen. I spoke with a service represenative providing pictures of the leak in my drive way and was told to have a seat after waiting 45 mins later I was told that my return line and feed line going to turbo was leaking and total charge would be 666.68. ? what did I pay 2012.39 for to only have the same problem and after being cheated you expect me to pay 666.68 and assure me your going to fix the problem the second time I think not . After doing the math I paid a regular mechanic that probably works a 9-5 and knows nothing about working on Volkswagens 1142.30 just for labor ridiculous. They then brushed me off so I requested a copy of the estimate which I had to sign for with that being said I decided to go hire up and called corporate to explain my situation and was told I would receive a phone call in 24 hours which I did......."ready for this" I was told by corporate after speaking with service manager Robert Walker that the vehicle was taken on a road test after repairs and there were no leaks so Volkswagen is not responsible. I don't care if you drove the car to the moon and back it's still leaking and the sad part about this entire dilemma it had to take me the customer to realize they did not repair what they were suppose to and if I would have continued to drive my vehicle and the engine went out I guess that would be my fault to because I was driving. I chose this dealer based on the reviews which I was asked three times to post a good review after paying for Volkswagen to repair my vehicle, they may have good ratings selling a vehicle but pray you don't have to have any repairs done especially women. I have decided to take my vehicle to another dealer and will take legal actions. More
