The were very transparent except for I wish that before the paperwork was created, I would have liked to be able to review an itemized quote for the various fees. I understood that some fees were not able to be calculated until a deposit was made. The documents were overnighted and I was able to signoff on an awesome deal. I had been in contact with him several weeks prior to my purchase, and not once did he ever pressure me or make me feel like I needed to buy NOW NOW NOW. I actually blew off 2 appointments I had with him (I know!), and I thought for sure i'd be black-listed from the dealership, but to my surprise he acted like it never happened.
