The thing that I appreciated the most was that out of all of the dealerships that I visited, this one was the most helpful. I had a car that I definitely needed to get rid of and was in a complex situation. Wayne was the most helpful. When the car I went to purchase did not create the best deal, Wayne went out of his way to find options that would work for me and made sure that I was comfortable with the car before I proceeded with the deal.
