Worst Buying Experience Ever!!! I recently had an accident and was in the market for a used car. I was trying to stay under a budget of $10,000 and saw a 2016 Nissan Sentra at Stone I recently had an accident and was in the market for a used car. I was trying to stay under a budget of $10,000 and saw a 2016 Nissan Sentra at Stone Mountain Volkswagen. My first interaction was with Lana Mykhaylovska. She was very pleasant and responded to me quickly. I went later that Friday with my father to test drive the vehicle. Before driving the vehicle, I noticed the radio display screen was dimmed. I told Lana this and she advised me that she would have their mechanic look at it. I told her I would be back on Saturday to take the vehicle to my mechanic to make sure there was no issues. When I got to the dealership on Saturday morning, the radio displayed seemed to be corrected. I still took the vehicle for an independent inspection which revealed to me that the vehicle needed a tire rotation and there was a problem with the rear bumper due to an accident. At the time, the radio still appeared to be okay. I then returned to the dealership to see about moving forward with the purchase of the vehicle with my mechanics recommendations in mind. The dealership refused my mechanics recommendations. We then went back and forth on the finance as they tried to stick me with a high interest rate (even though my credit score is over 800). Once we were able to come to an agreement with the pricing, I then spent hours waiting before I was able to be seen by somebody from the finance office to complete my purchase. At this point, I have spent a full day at the dealership and was ready to leave with my new car. When I got to my car, I notice that the radio display screen was black. I thought maybe when the detailer cleaned the car, they accidently pressed a button to dim the screen. I notified Lana of this before even pulling off the lot. Lana and I spent 15 minutes trying to figure this out. I even had my boyfriend on the phone trying to assist. She advised her manager, Mr. Schilpp, to come outside to see if he can assist. When he saw the blank screen, he first asked, “your mechanic didn’t notice this”? Then he went on to say, “we already gave you money off of the car”. Feeling offended, I explained to him the radio display was working fine earlier when I came back from having it inspected. Not until now that I noticed the screen is black. I then said that it does not matter if you took money off the car, this was not known to me at the time of us talking about the numbers. My boyfriend requested for me to receive a “We Owe” on the repair of the radio. Mr. Schilpp denied this request. My boyfriend and I advised him if the radio is not fixed, we will unwind this deal and request to have my down payment returned to me. He went inside to speak with the General Manager and came back outside and advised us he could do the request. I advised him I would return on Monday morning. During the time before Monday, the screen seemed to work again. I thought it might just need the bulb to be changed or a faulty wire. I still took the vehicle back up to the dealership to have them examine it. When I reached the dealership, I spoke with Mr. Schilpp and he advised me to take the vehicle over to the service department. I did so and he advised me he would have one of the technicians look at it. There were multiple cars before me, so I figured it may take some time. I went to the waiting room until my car was finished. Not even 10 minutes went by and Mr. Schilpp came to me to advised me they found nothing wrong with the radio. I am not a car expert, but I know they did not do a diagnose test on the radio in under 10 minutes. After the long Saturday I had with them and then being led on to believe nothing is wrong, I was completely exhausted and over the entire situation. I ended up leaving and before I got halfway home, the screen went out again. I just started crying. This has been one of the worst business transactions that I have ever encountered. I previously owned two other vehicles (financed and paid off in full) that I did not experience any issues during the entire sales process. Even If I had questions weeks after I purchased the vehicle, the dealership did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. I know for a fact that this dealership would not be willing to assist me. I was not asking for a lot, just to see why the radio display was going in and out. I would never recommend this dealership to anybody. More
We went to dealership in February to look and we met Tony at that point we sat down talked about some different deals. We went back last Friday night and met with Tony again test drove a VW Tiguan R Line Series all wheel drive and fell in love. Tony worked out the most fantastic deal great interest rate etc we literally did the sign and drive . I have never been happier with a dealership or salesman as I was with Stone Mountain VW and Tony was the absolute best!!! The car is simply perfect and couldn’t be more satisfied with the whole experience. Thank you Stone Mountain VW and Tony!!!! More

The sales representative did a great following but the sales it wasn’t as advertisement, we went there for 0% and 120 days for payment and surprise... none of them we received it!!! The sales rep told me that promo is for people over 700 credit score and that’s mine credit. Additionally the first payment will be in 30 Days and the manager told will be in 45 days, he said if I wanted 120 days the term needs to be in 72 monthly payment but nobody told us during the negotiation More
