No coolant when we got home Experience started well, however small issues make me skeptical of how well car has been maintained. They detail the vehicle before the sale but that Experience started well, however small issues make me skeptical of how well car has been maintained. They detail the vehicle before the sale but that was poorly done. More importantly, upon arriving home and taking a more thorough look under the hood, the coolant was empty, so either it was empty when we drove it off the lot, or there is a significant coolant leak. Either way this doesn’t suggest to me that the thorough 100+ point inspection the salesman kept referring to is performed well More

Disappointed My previous experience working with Sean was super so when I found I had an air conditioning problem, I decided to return. I was greeted by Mr Johnson My previous experience working with Sean was super so when I found I had an air conditioning problem, I decided to return. I was greeted by Mr Johnson whose major concern seemed to be to see what else he could sell me and then help wit the initial problem. I don’t mind a sales pitch but make an effort to handle my initial request first. I waited about an hour and was then told I would need to pay $169 for a diagnostic and then my warranty would pay for the work. I declined and called the warranty company who told me that was not true. He said he would close out my paperwork and be right back. He returned and said I would have to pay $135 because they had looked at my car. Never did he say “we can check your car and there will or may be a fee. Why would I pay $135 for nothing and not pay $169 to get a diagnostic. Well , I ended up talking to sales manager who agreed I would not pay but wow, was he unfriendly!!! I believe if there was going to be a charge thenI should have been told up front. And the warranty company said they pay for diagnostic as long as I get work done there. Needless to say they can take me off the customer rolls. Mr Johnson could take a note from Sean who handled my previous problem first and then suggested other service and was up front about everything. Maybe they get so many excellent reviews because according to email I received, if you give all 10s, you get a free oil change. 😧 More

Deceitful and an embarassment to Toyota I spoke to Jeniqua who was in the new car sales Department. She told me that with Toyotathon currently going on, the new 2018 Highlander XLE that I was looking at she could sell for $29,000 OUT THE DOOR. This included all taxes, tag, title fees, etc. Now I understand that the MSRP is over $41,000 and I spent the entire day pricing them and most dealers have gotten this vehicle to the $32,000 range. With it being the end of the year and them needing to make space for new 2019 models Jeniqua went to a manager and approved the amount and called me back. I did the credit application, and asked Jeniqua to send me the quote so that I could bring it in with me the following day when I went to purchase the vehicle considering I was a 3 hour drive away. Also I needed the information to shop for insurance on the vehicle. Out of nowhere, some random lady calls me with a horrendous attitude and told me she was not going to do that deal. She was very disrespectful, and refused to honor what her employee had quoted me after checking with a manager of the business as well. This place is deceitful, inconsiderate, and down right does dirty business. Toyota should be ashamed to have this dealership associated with their name. Check out all the complaints for them on the Better Business Bureau website. More

I called the sales department to inquire on a pre-own vehicle, later to find out that most of the cars that were listed on the site were in other cities outside the state. Someone named Reginald or Randy (I honestly don't remember, I know it started with an R) told me that maybe the site was too challenging for me. (Really??) How do you say that to a potential customer? I told him they should work on the overall experience of the site and hung up. More
Non-existent Customer Service Non-existent customer service is their biggest problem and it shows having little to no stars in every review app, social media, and website possible. Non-existent customer service is their biggest problem and it shows having little to no stars in every review app, social media, and website possible. I purchased a car online, bought certified, and had very limited time to get the purchase done. They made me wait 4 days before I got figures only to rush me while I’m working on a Friday evening an hour before my bank closed so I had to rush in a stressful manner because the weekend was my only chance to purchase. I drove 2 1/2 hours to the dealership and the vehicle wasn’t ready yet, more scratches than in the pictures, and the paperwork wasn’t ready yet like I asked so it took over 2 hours to get done. I bought the car certified and the car only had one key and they refused to pay for another at time of purchase (although its certified). I only got a few hundred off the car and didn’t beat them up on negotiations. I told them I’m walking and they said they would get another key and put it on paper. I’ve yet to hear from the salesperson on that, local dealer can’t get a hold of anyone to get the key, I’ve spent $100 getting a vibration fixed on the car in just 4 days, no one said, emailed, texted or called to say thank you or cared that I was there and didn’t even fill the tank after that experience to send me 2 1/2 hours back home and pay for my own gas. This isn’t how business. I do not recommend this to anyone. More
