Nice people, but ssllloowww Called before I came and was told that they weren’t very busy. Showed up and waited 4 and 1/2 hours to be told a lug nut bolt was broken. Very poor service They always push unnecessary extra service. This time they said that the technician suggests an “air conditioner refresh” so the Freon won’t smell l They always push unnecessary extra service. 3 hour oil change now my battery is dead I went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time was seen promptly. It then took an unusual amount of time to change my oil a I went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time was seen promptly. It then took an unusual amount of time to change my oil and do the tire rotation. I was there for 3 plus hours and when I recieved my vehicle back the battery was dead. The car had to be started twice to get it to come on. I live an hour away so coming back is difficult. I believe they left my car running for thr entire time it was there. The battery wasnt an issue before then and I just needed basic maintenance. As of today I have had to repeatedly jump my car to get it started. I believe the battery will need to be replaced. More

Please fire your operator Worst Service Experience EVER. I took in my Prius for Diagnostic and oil change. First Red Flag: My debriefing process was interrupted by service wo Worst Service Experience EVER. I took in my Prius for Diagnostic and oil change. First Red Flag: My debriefing process was interrupted by service workers trying to organize a poker night with eachother. Second Red Flag: The service representative said that there was a possibility I would be charged for separate diagnostics for every single issue I mentioned I was having, but that he would, "see if he could work out a deal." Also I was told that, if I had service done to treat what is reported by the diagnostic that my diagnostic fee would be waived. So I explained 3 issues: the braking system, the AC system, and the parking brake. Third Red Flag: I asked to be taken to a cafe 1 mile down the road with their complimentary shuttle service. When asking how to return, the driver said to call the main number. EVERY other dealership shuttle service lets you call them directly for a ride. Fourth Red Flag: The service rep can't submit the quote in an email (even World Toyota in Atl does so with ease), because the only version of the quote is on a handwritten form!! So he texts the quote to me (thank you, that is the least that could be done in this situation), and I determine what services I am willing to pay for. Fifth Red Flag: I try to call this guy back several times for twenty minutes. The operator is a piece of work who obviously hates her job. I barely get two words in each time and finally she says she'll forward my name and number and let the service rep get back to me. I ask if she could please connect me with the shuttle service, which she replies "THAT'S SERVICE'S JOB." So I ask her if she could contact the shuttle for me regardless, but she just continues to tell me that it's not her responsibility, and that I have to wait until the Service Center can get in touch with me (which at this point I had been trying to reach for 20 minutes) in order to get a shuttle. She also talked over me and said goodbye in a snarky tone. Wow. So instead of wasting my time, I decided to walk back. The service rep working with me called after I was half way back to the dealership. I explained what had happened to which he did not care. He insisted on sending a shuttle, but I was across the street of a 3 lane, divided highway with nowhere for the shuttle to stop. I asked that if I elected to have my parking brake issue fixed, if the diagnostic fee would be waived (as he assured me was a possibility beforehand), to which he said it was not applicable because technically the parking break issue was not revealed by the diagnostic (only the brake system and AC system were part of the diagnostic? But not the parking brake? Sure. Ok whatever). When I returned I was never offered a discount, nor even apologized to for the mismanagement of my experience. Also when I arrived in the service station, the shuttle driver was sitting there on her phone. Nice. This dealership's operator and service branch suffers from representatives that lack BASIC mercantile and interpersonal skills. Unprofessional. A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. More
