We were there for 10k mile check-up.Our service tech (Cato/Kato???) was very nice and courteous. He even had our car washed before returning it to us! That was a really nice touch and actually saved us from making a stop and paying for a car wash, which was on our to do list for the day. The only negative thing we have to say about the experience is that it is very loud and somewhat senseory overload throughout the whole building. The waiting area has TV that we’re too loud. we stepped out side to get some peace and quiet. That didn’t happen because all of the external walls were blaring music. We stepped into the show room figuring that would be a a quiet place. Nope. Same thing loud music and sales people pushing us to buy a car. So,other than the loud, chaotic environment our experience was very positive. More
