They don’t care about your appointment time Arrived for my 1pm appointment. My car was not looked at for a simple tire rotation until 2.5 hours later. One of the service agents said that they don’t go by the appointment time and it’s whatever car pulls up first gets serviced first. Everything is SUPER SLOW there and people stand around not assisting you unless you get in their face. Go somewhere else. Save yourself time and sanity. More

Professional and quick service I gave a 5 star rating because that's what I received. My Assistant Service Manager, Steven Hicks made my experience enjoyable. It really was in and o I gave a 5 star rating because that's what I received. My Assistant Service Manager, Steven Hicks made my experience enjoyable. It really was in and out within 1 1/2 hr. We discussed what was needed and ended with my car washed. I drove away and immediately felt the difference in my drive. I think I will stay with St Mtn rather return to my old dealership Stonecrest. I felt violated by your representative. I had a dented rim which needed to be replaced. I was told I should purchase the other on that side. I declined because I felt it was fine When my c I had a dented rim which needed to be replaced. I was told I should purchase the other on that side. I declined because I felt it was fine When my cat was returned the hub cap was not on. He informed me that it wouldn't fit. I then looked at the rim and it had fresh scratches on it that made the damage worse. He then told me if I came back he would give me a discount for their other rim. I felt like I was being scammed. There was also anotherwoman who was also alone. She was also being victimized and she was very angry also. I switched to stn mtn because the service at Nalley was underhanded. Now the same thing is happening at this dealer . Are all dealers for Toyota becoming con artists. I guess I'll move on. Hopefully I'll find one that's honest. More
