Not a pleasant experience this time This dealership has really gone down. The service was poor and the wait was over 2.5 hrs to plug a tire and I had an appointment. When they were done with my car I had to go in the back and find my car. In the 23 years that I’ve been a customer, the car has always been brought up front. I will be giving Nally Toyota a try. Maintenance check My customer service person, Ms. Wotcha was very helpful and polite. She offered a car wash and vacuum. She reviewed my maintenance history with me.
