I went in to have my wheel bearings replaced. When I received the bill, there was also a charge for an oil change. John LIED and said my father told him to do an oil change. I was present with them the entire time and knew he said no such thing. Also, I had just gotten an oil change 3 weeks prior and knew it wasn't time. Just to humor the shenanigans, I gave my father a call and he said 'you're 40 years old and you handle your own car maintenance. Don't let that man cheat you out of your money.' I do not like being lied to. That's disrespectful and makes me not trust the company. Prior to this interaction, service was fine. More

This dealership has an overall friendly environment. However, when you come in for simple services such as an oil change, you can sit there for well over 2-3 hours, even with an appointment scheduled.
