I completely disagree with the decision to remove Mr. Wages from his office to the counter. I have debilitating arthritis. It is uncomfortable to standalways travel at the counter. Additionally I always travel with my elderly disabled mother who is in a wheelchair. There is not enough space to place her wheelchair near the counter without blocking the walkway. Those who are not physically challenged do not realize what a bad thing it is to attempt to move the wheelchair or to squeeze past it possibly jostling mother. All of this unpleasantness could easily be avoided if you would please kindly provide Mr. Wages with his own area with comfortable seating for us. Thank You. Rachel D. Cox More
