Associates all wanted to call me and incessantly bothered me even though I told multiple people that I have to be on my phone for work and needed to communicate via email. Service took a LONG time, and my questions were NOT answered. The waiting room had multiple TVs blasting news (gross) and nowhere for quiet. I was not kept informed about my service via text as requested. Further, they tried to add over $550 of maintenance on a safety recall appointment. Finally, the paperwork that came with the recall service did not actually confirm that the recall was done because they had some kind of problem?? More

My experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Upon my arrival I was greeted at the door by two gentlemen of the service department desk and they got me checked in and with who my appointment was Upon my arrival I was greeted at the door by two gentlemen of the service department desk and they got me checked in and with who my appointment was with. They advised I could have the shuttle to take me home as I had a long day and wanted to just rest at home while my service was being completed. However I ended up staying and my service was actually completely finished in about 45-50 minutes. I was super impressed. I’d definitely be continuing my services here. More
