I took my car in for a scheduled oil change appointment and my arrival was at 12:30 PM. I didn't get my car until after 3:00 PM and the total for that oil change was almost $100. This was the second time that I visited your site for the same issue. Unfortunately, the service gentleman was nothing at all a gentleman. He was rude. I did interrupt his lunch. However, he was NOT my initi same issue. Unfortunately, the service gentleman was nothing at all a gentleman. He was rude. I did interrupt his lunch. However, he was NOT my initial choice. I wanted to speak with the service manager. After waiting, he told me that the were NOT able to accurately complete the wheel alignment in the rear. I asked why. His response, “we just can’t.” I expressed my concern. Initially, you showed me a sheet which stated that the wheel alignment was adjusted all around. However, now he stating that this can’t be done?!? I then asked how can this be rectified because I’m concerned. He said, “ pay $199.95 for an extensive diagnostic. What!?! More
