We easily made an appointment for the car to be serviced. I came in at 8am for a oil change and when I paid the bill I found out I had been charged for a tire rotation also. Maybe not so bad but I just had the tires rotated the week before. So I had to wait w bill I found out I had been charged for a tire rotation also. Maybe not so bad but I just had the tires rotated the week before. So I had to wait while they put the tires back the way they were before I came in. I was not able to get reimbursed for the tire rotation because that would require opening another ticket but a credit would be noted on my file for the next visit. I left at 10:30am. More
