The tech that work on my car was rude and he didn’t even tell me where my car was park after the service was complete. The cashier had to help me find my car. I was told my part was ready then I was told they didn’t have the tool for the part. I worked at a mechanic shop, I don’t know if they were lying but things didn’t sound right to me. I believe that extra services not needed were added. False claims about work done 4 months ago by different dealership not done. When it clearly had been. They insisted my filters had not been replaced 4 months ago. What they said to me was ridiculous when confronted with the slightly used filters. I asked to keep the old filters and they are clearly only 4 months old. If their claims were true, the filters would have looked very old and used. These claims are not fair to the other dealership that I much prefer to use. Will not return. More
