Stone Mountain Nissan - Service Center

I was very disappointed with my experience the technician took some screws off my car to do a multi pointan inspection and forgot to put the screws back so car was just scrapping on the road when I got home took some screws off my car to do a multi pointan inspection and forgot to put the screws back so car was just scrapping on the road when I got home I looked under the hood only to find the whole bottom of the cover touching the ground. I had to drive back up there. I was soo mad so I purchased 4 tires and had an oil change the whole experience took me 5 hours!!! I am very very upset. They only offered to change my filters! The nerve. More
