I went to Nissan for my headlight to be replaced I got there at 7:15am and had a appointment. I didn’t get even get updated about the status of my car. I would have never expected for me to be Nissan for 3 hours to get my headlight replaced. I am highly upset and disappointed with my service and I was told to come back and call in advance for a part. I had a appointment as well so I don’t understand how they were not notifited of my issue and already had the part ready. I do not want to come back but I need my headlight replaced before I am pulled over by the cops so what are y’all going to do. More
