Associates all wanted to call me and incessantly bothered me even though I told multiple people that I have to be on my phone for work and needed to communicate via email. I was not kept informed about my service via text as requested. Further, they tried to add over $550 of maintenance on a safety recall appointment. Finally, the paperwork that came with the recall service did not actually confirm that the recall was done because they had some kind of problem?? More
