I believe that extra services not needed were added. False claims about work done 4 months ago by different dealership not done. When it clearly had been. They insisted my filters had not been replaced 4 months ago. What they said to me was ridiculous when confronted with the slightly used filters. I asked to keep the old filters and they are clearly only 4 months old. If their claims were true, the filters would have looked very old and used. These claims are not fair to the other dealership that I much prefer to use. Will not return. More
