Technology Seminar I attended the Technology Seminar for my RX 350. My technician was Frank Musmacker. He throughly went through the navigation system and explained it I attended the Technology Seminar for my RX 350. My technician was Frank Musmacker. He throughly went through the navigation system and explained it in very easy terms. I also had questions regarding the satellite radio and he answered all questions. I also learned about the parking assist and where it was located on the steering wheel. I would recommend taking this seminar to everyone. Last evening, we attended a "Tech Session" at the service center designed to familiarize the new-car owner with the myriad technological aspects of the GS 350. From the introductions to the ligh the service center designed to familiarize the new-car owner with the myriad technological aspects of the GS 350. From the introductions to the light supper to the in-vehicle small group instruction, the evening was amazing! It was the epitome of the "Lexus Covenant" [which appeared in a brief promo video before staff introductions. Everyone was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. The session focused on the four clients in the vehicle and then became more expansive as other things were "discovered" by us while Matthew was demonstrating procedures. Having owned or leased 15 BMW's since 1984, we are beginning to understand why within the last three years six of our friends have moved on to Lexus. Well done! I own a Lexus ES350 which I purchased new from Lexus of Massapequa and serviced the car exclusively with your service area. I recently had engine problems and the vehicle subsequently broke down. I have never before had any engine issues with my car which has very low mileage. When I reached your service area, I was obviously upset and angry on how this could happen. My service advisor was Michael Balletta who bore the brunt of my frustration. He walked me through potential issues with my car and also understood my frustration. Through his calm demeanor and professionalism I felt assured I was in good hands. Michael kept me constantly updated on the work being performed on my car with the utmost courtesy and respect. Your service area did a great job in repairing my car. Michael turned the bad experience I was having into a great one due to the professionalism and respect I received from him. In my opinion, he lives the values that Lexus expects. I believe he is an asset to your dealership and is an excellent example of how to treat your clients. Going forward any new car purchases I make, Lexus of Massapequa will be my number one choice not only because of the great product Lexus produces, but more importantly because of this experience. The present lease was originated through Rockville Centre Lexus. This is my third vehicle leased with Lexus. I originally had the privilege of dealing with Michael Penta in leasing 2 RX's. When Michael left Massapequa Lexus (very sad for me) to go to Westhampton Lexus, I obtained my present lease with Rockville Centre Lexus. Back in December, 2013, I was having some trouble with my car. My husband and I heard that Michael was back at Lexus of Massapequa so we stopped by to see him. When I told him my car was running terribly, he told me he would have someone from Service and Parts in Amityville contact me. When I arrived home that day, Michael called me to say Everett, from Service, would call me and soon after, I received a call from Everett and an appointment was immediately scheduled. When I arrived at the Service Dept, I was greeted by a young man who checked my car in. He was extremely pleasant and directed me to Everett, who welcomed me with open arms. I gave him the information with regard to what I was experiencing with my car. As I sat there and he was explaining what would take place, I felt very comfortable and very reassured I and my car were in good hands. He was extremely courteous, professional, and very personable. He set up a loaner car for me, which was a new ES 350. I had the pleasure of dealing with the receptionist Elizabeth for the loaner, who was also very nice to me. Two days after receiving my car back, I was experiencing a hesitation problem. I called Everett and he suggested I bring it back when I could. When I brought my car back, I experienced the same treatment I received the first time. I was given another loaner, which was a CT Hybrid, which is not really my stayle - lol, but it was the only loaner available. My family and I were going on a weekend trip and my car was not going to be ready for this trip. When I called Service, I spoke to a lovely person named Taylor and obtained approval to take the loaner on my trip. However, I voiced concern about the car being too small for other passengers and all our luggage. She told me to bring that car back and she felt an RX 350 would be a better choice. Throughout the time my car was in the shop, I received numerous calls from Everett notifying me of the status of my car. When I finally picked up my car, I was again treated with kindness from the gentleman checking the loaner back in, Everett, Taylor, and Fran. Even Camille, whom had no dealings with my car situation, was so friendly. In the almost 4 years of leasing this car, I visited Rockville Centre Service once and experienced NOTHING like what I experienced at your Service Center. You should feel very proud and fortunate to have all these wonderful people I mentioned above as part of your network. It was such a pleasurable experience and I am hoping to do business with Michael when my lease is up next month. Sorry this email is so long, but I felt it was very necessary for me to share with you my delightful experience with your awesome Service and Parts staff and to commend the mechanics who worked so hard to fix my car. The service was excellent from start to finish. I drove into a clean, covered reception area, and was met by a valet who directed me to James Scanapico, my service representative. James was courteous and reassuring.I mention 'reassuring' because I need and love my car for work primarily. I picked this brand for dependability, and I still drive and love my 2000 RX300. James called me back promptly to tell me that a part would have to be ordered, and that I could have a loaner car. Marleny, who greeted me to receive the loaner car was also great. She was consciencous, and professional. The loaner car was a brand new ES350 which was beautiful. Yes now I want one. I got my RX350 back today. The work was done under warranty. The loaner car was easy to return. Overall rating on my favorites, being in a service business myself, A+ The warranty was real , the service department was honest and professional,(yes all of them), the property was well maintained and run. Good service is an integral part of a persons' criteria when they choose a brand for dependability, and Lexus of Massapequa came through with flying colors. More
PICKED UP MY LEXUS RX 350 LAST SATURDAY 8/4/13 . HAD A PROBLEM WITH FRONT TIRE. BROUGHT IT BACK TO DEALER AND SPOKE TO TOMMY RIZZATTI WITH IN ONE HOUR THE FRONT TIRE WAS REPLACED AND I WAS ON MY WAY. I CA PROBLEM WITH FRONT TIRE. BROUGHT IT BACK TO DEALER AND SPOKE TO TOMMY RIZZATTI WITH IN ONE HOUR THE FRONT TIRE WAS REPLACED AND I WAS ON MY WAY. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT TOMMY AND HIS STAFF, THIS IS THE 5TH LEXUS I HAVE OWNED AND EACH TIME THE SERVICE GETS BETTER AND BETTER. I WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING BUT A LEXUS.
