I bought a used truck from this dealership and had to bring it back 1 day later for a problem. the head service manager Mike complained that I should not get a loaner car because I am not a Lexus customer. BUT I AM and I have been for 3 years. he had a very bad attitude. the service guys are not very responsive either. they make you wait. every time I brought my Lexus in I sat and waited for a long time. they are not proactive. For the truck, I called in the afternoon to find out about my vehicle and was told they would call me back because the tech was out to lunch. 3 hours later I called back and they could not locate the service guy to find out about my vehicle. it shouldn't be that hard to get an answer and call back or look it up in the system to find out the status. do not go here. the free bagels aren't worth the hassle. Very pleasant Experience I bought my 2013 Lexus ES 350 at RVC but I decided to bring my car for NYS Inspection to this Dealership. I had two new front tires on it already and I bought my 2013 Lexus ES 350 at RVC but I decided to bring my car for NYS Inspection to this Dealership. I had two new front tires on it already and Service Manager told me that I needed front alignment. Since the front tires were replaced about 3 months before at a different dealership, I agreed to have front alignment done here at Atlantic Lexus. One thing was for sure that the Service Manager was telling the truth. The old tires taken off were slightly uneven worn, but I did not see it a serious issue at that time. The reason I agreed to have the front alignment done was because The Manager was not telling me BS;..and I like the things perfect. Lexus is an awesome car and it should perform like Lexus...about 2 months later I returned to Atlantic Lexus to have my rear tires replaced. My short experience with Atlantic Lexus is good and I intend to go back there. Besides, the dealership is spacious, very clean, very modern... simply beautiful..The Personnel I dealt with was very professional. More
Paid for a oil change but it was never done I brought my car in for an oil change but they recommended some other service in addition to the oil change. They tested the oil and confirmed it was used and not recently changed. More

I drove my 2015 Lexus NX 200T to service and met Darwin in the valet department. I have dealt with Darwin before so I knew I was in good hands. I saw Michael Balletta my Service Advisor and he got Kyle who did the install of my jammer involved. Lexus Massapequa Service Department is the absolute best in the business. I have only driven luxury cars my entire adult life and no one on Long Island has a Service Department that can even come close to competing with Lexus of Massapequa. From Darwin through Kyle and Michael, five stars all the way around, they are the very best! More

NOT EVEN NEW ROTORS LIKE SHE WAS TOLD SHE NEEDED THEY CUT THEM. $949 DOLLARS THEY SHOULD BE ARRESTED. AND WHEN SHE RECEIVED A LOANER SHE WAS TOLD SHE HAD TO PUT GAS IN IT IT WAS EMPTY. AND AS FAR AS THE ATTITUDE FROM ROB IN SERVICE SHE WILL NEVER RETURN THERE EVER AGAIN. SO A WORD TO THE WISE THEY ARE CRIMINALS AND NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. BEWARE.
