I can't describe how helpful and friendly Bert was. Throughout the entire process, Bert walked us through everything,set up our car to our specs, and has called us to ensure everything was o.k.. Blaise was the finance manager and again showed us all our options and got us the best A.P.R. Anyone buying a new vehicle, especially a Lexus - GO TO BERT AND LEXUS OF MASSAPEQUA. The only "glitch" came after the sale; I was transferring plates from my old car, but they forgot to do it. Dave noticed it when he moved my car, and called; he offered (and I accepted) to come over and put the plates on. Problem quickly solved. As he noted, it was his first sale, and he'll never make that mistake again! Both the Sales Manager and the Business Manager were likewise friendly and knowledgeable. This was the fourth Lexus we have bought from this dealership (my wife bought hers after an initial lease, and this is my third lease), and we have found both sales and service to be terrific. We definitely recommend them. More

Last Saturday I visited with Mercedes, Infiniti and Acura, test drove their cars, and was convinced I would end up buying the Mercedes C-Class. As I was driving home, I saw your dealership and said to myself, I should at least sit in a Lexus as I have never been in one. I met with Salman Umar, who I will tell you is probably one of the best sales people I have ever met. He made me feel comfortable, never pressured me, asked me about what my needs were in buying a new car. I have NEVER had a sales person ask me what my needs were in buying a new car, it was the best thing he could have asked me (am I looking for comfort, am I looking for a specific style, how many people do I need to transport, etc.) He walked me through the pros and cons of each vehicle based on my specific needs (for example I do a lot of winter driving and getting a used Lexus with rear wheel drive would probably be a mistake). His professionalism, attention to detail and approach opened my eyes to how perfect the Lexus ES was for me and my family. Not only did Salman earn a sale for the day, he earned a new customer for life. I also appreciated the approach of Larry Smath in Finance. Larry took a "no pressure" approach, reviewed the options with me, he did an excellent job of making be feel comfortable and also made the credit application process very easy. We live in the North shore of Long Island and decided to lease a Lexus, so we visited Rallye Lexus and Lexus of Smithtown and had a very bad experience a both of these dealerships, they were not willing to negotiate and they made us feel like they were doing us a favor and we left. When we went out to dinner that night and told our friends about the horribe experience we had, they recomended Lexus of Massapequa were they had leased 5 vehilces. Up on arrival we met Marieta Ketcham, and she took the time to listem to our complaints about the other dealers and offered to have us test drive the vehicle we wanted ,and worked with us on the price that was $100 per month less than the other 2 dealers. She was very professional and did not put any pressure on us, and offered us additonal complemetary services. They delivered on every promisse. I will recomend Marietta and Lexus of Massapequa to everyone looking to get a Lexus. Great car, we love it. Thank you Marietta. More
This dealership is dishonest and purposely deceitful. My wife and I negotiated a price with a salesman and we believed we had accepted their offer. They then had my wife sign a large stack of papers, and en wife and I negotiated a price with a salesman and we believed we had accepted their offer. They then had my wife sign a large stack of papers, and encouraged me to leave the room to discuss my credit with a loan officer. Meanwhile, she signed the papers, we drove the car home, and we later discovered that the contract she signed did not reflect the original price we had agreed upon. They had slipped in an extra $2000. Although the monthly payment was what he had agreed to, they had stuck in an additional 3 payments, counting on the fact that she wouldn't notice, because she was signing so many papers. We drove back to the dealer and were told "a contract is a contract" but were promised we would receive a call the next day. They never called us back. I've never made a complaint or published a review before in my life, but then again I've never been cheated so obviously and treated so disrespectfully. This was the 4th car I've bought or leased from this dealer so needless to say, they're willing to screw anyone. Read every word of your contract. More

The staff was professional but thats where it ended. The car offered was on sale for 29995 but I saw it on the internet for 24950 with the exact vin # and from the same dealer. When I offered 25k the dealer car offered was on sale for 29995 but I saw it on the internet for 24950 with the exact vin # and from the same dealer. When I offered 25k the dealer acted appalled. It was very unfair and sneaky to attempt to add more money to my already fair offer. I would rather not deal with such underhanded tactics. I prefer to warn the consumer to be leery of such dealers. The manager acted like he was giving me a deal for 26750. Lexus of Manhattan has lower prices and lower milages. More
I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. After owning the car from 48 hours the check engine light appeared. From the initial service date the car has been back into service three additional times and the light is still on and I have only owned the car for 3 1/2 weeks. The car has many issues and the dealership is being extremely slow resolving the issue. More
I went to this dealership seeking out a Certified pre-owned vehicle that matched my criteria. I live out of state and had pre-arranged financing so I approached them about purchasing the car under th pre-owned vehicle that matched my criteria. I live out of state and had pre-arranged financing so I approached them about purchasing the car under the terms I had established. They refused to move $400 on price in order to make the deal work, even though they have had the car on their lot for 6 months, according to CARFAX. Additionally, the deposit I left on the vehicle has yet to be refunded after over a week. While the salesman was friendly, the level of service and has been extremely poor. I have since bought a similar Lexus with similar miles and more features from a local dealership and had no issues at all. More
