I just picked up a 2011 GS 350 from Stephen Puleo who made it so easy to purchase my first Lexus. Considering a different brand was hard. He was able to explain the differences of the Mercedes I was driving and the Lexus to me, and I was very impressed that he was able to answer all of my questions. In the past sales people always brag about their car and knock all of the other brands but he didn't. He was completely upfront and honest which made it easy for me to notice the differences between the cars. When I went to pick up the car it was perfect! The delivery went so smooth and Stephen took his time going over the car with me. He even came to my house to set up the garage door opener. I am a Lexus customer for life now, all thanks to Stephen Puleo. More

I was given an excellent trade in value for my "old" car and an excellent price for the pre-certified Volvo I purchased. The car was in excellent condition when I picked it up this morning. I just moved here from Naples Fl, and I haven't had to go to service for any kind of work since my move last year. I live in Freeport and my closet dealer is Rockville Centre. I went to the dealership and explained that I just moved here last year and I acquired my new iPhone 4s today. When I entered the dealership I asked for service and no one seemed to want to help me since I wasn't looking to buy a car and just wanted my phone programed. When I was finally was directed to service, a service tech told me to go to the sales dept and they would help my program my phone. I walked back to sales and the sales mgr told me to go to AT&T. I was driving to AT&T at Sunrise Mall when I passing Lexus of Massapequa. As I was walking in I met Steven Petito in the parking lot and asked him who I should speak with regarding my phone about programing it. He said he would be able to help me. We walked back to my car and he programed my iPhone and my contacts. Steven also owned an iPhone and proceeded to show me things about the car and my phone that I wasn't even aware about when I bought my car in Florida. He also programed the blue-tooth audio to my iPhone and also told me that I could use Pandora as an app on my phone thru the blue-tooth audio option. This was very cool since I love my Pandora app. The last thing that Steven did was he noticed that my oil light was on in my car and asked if I used my 1st free oil change. I explained to him that I just bought this car last year and I just moved here and had never had any services on my car yet. He walked me back inside and called a very nice gentlemen in service named Evert and setup an appointment for me to get my oil changed and it was free. I wasn't even aware that my first service was free. As long as I live here in NY Lexus of Masspaequa will always have me as a client from here on out...thank you Steven and Evert! You guys are the best!!!! More

He went beyond the call of duty to make our transition very smooth. Bert was very thorough with important details, and did not rush us. We felt very comfortable and trusting with Bert that we will go back to him for a newer model. Also, we have referred any friend looking to buy a Lexus to go see Bert Hall at Lexus of Massapequa. All along the way Steve was there not only to sell me a car, but to offer advice as to how I could lower my overall auto expenses. We looked at both new and used cars, weighed options and even got my insurance switched around to a lower rate. I looked and met with other dealers, searched the auction market and private sellers. I had some pretty swinging deals in my pocket, but felt that I owed it to Steve to sit down one last time. He made it happen. Not only that, he called the next day to check on how the car was received by my wife (the most important test). I have never been happier with a dealer experience.
