I found the salesperson, Neil Fogel to be genuinely interested in working to meet my needs. He was at all times patient, courteous and accommodating. Everything should be so pleasurable. I dealt with 2 real professionals, a true credit to their line of business. Buying a car is a very emotional experience. Our experience with Lexus of Massapequa was positive in every aspect. We were looking for a used Nissan Altima for my son, when we stumbled upon 2 in our price range that were at this dealer. After calling for an appointment to see the cars, my wife and son arrived a little late, in the pouring rain but were cheerfully greeted by Joe Dilegame, who was waiting for them with umbrellas. He described both cars completely,since they had different trim levels/options and then went out in the rain to move other cars on the lot to make both cars accessible for us. After my son test drove both cars with Joe and my wife they discussed both cars at the dealership and at no time felt pressured or rushed into a purchase. The next day all 3 of us returned to further inspect one of the cars. Again, Joe Dilegame was ready and waiting for us. After another teat drive and expressing further interest in the car,we were referred to Sales Manager, Phil Marrotta.Within 5 minutes we were able to agree on a price and felt at ease the entire time. No pressure ,no cheap salesman talk. We then worked with business manager, Blaise Curcio to discuss the best finaning options,service contract,etc..Blaise was very friendly,had some great stories to tell, but focused on our needs and questions in a friendly manner.Upon picking up the car,Joe talked with my Son, made sure he was comfortable in the car before he drove off. I was shopping around for a left over 2011 ES 350. I had called a few dealerships in the area to see when to come in was good . One dealership set up an appointment and when I arrived I was told the person called a few dealerships in the area to see when to come in was good . One dealership set up an appointment and when I arrived I was told the person ( some manager ) was doing something else and wouldn't be available. I spoke with a salesman who told me the computers were down and he couldn't give me a price that day. I waited a week without a callback. By then I had contacted Neil Fogel @ Massapequa Lexus. It was during the "December to Remember" sales event. He advised me that I would be eligible for Lexus loyalty discount, plus the discounted prices on the ES 350 leftovers. I had an IS 250 to trade. The trade in price was the best. Neil negotiated a favorable price for the new vehicle and I financed it thru Toyota for a low percentage. All thru the deal Neil and Massapequa Lexus were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The true test of a dealer showing their colors came after I brought the car home. The navigation system went bad after one day. The service technicians were very surprised and challenged by the fault in the system, so much so that they would write a special report to Lexus itemizing this rare occurrence . I had contacted Neil with the Navi problem. He was truly apologetic and helpful. He saw to it that I got a loaner car. The navi unit had to be replaced. Neil called several times to followup on the problem. As a bonus for the trouble I was put thru, Neil got me free oil changes for the warranty period. I am happy with my new ES350, the price, the service and the people at Lexus of Massapequa. More

I bought a pre owned RX 350 from Mike Z. While waiting for the transaction to be processed, it was hard not to notice the hospitality of this dealership. From the receptionist at the front desk who wanted to buy us potato chips, to all the salesmen throughout the showroom, everyone was warm, helpful and kind. Big Phil played with my 4 year old grandson, Geremy, for hours. Phil is a kid at heart! He fed him dunkin donuts and oranges!! It was obvious that Phil had as much fun as my grandson and for that, I am so grateful! Phil is someone who can be trusted to deliver kind, honest service. My salesman ,Mike Z, went over my SUV with me with patience and superior knowledge of all the vehicles' refinements. He never rushed through the process of explaining the navigation and other technologies. When Mike Z wasn't sure of the ipod commands he employed the help of a great guy named Steve. Steve helped me with my ipod and even enjoyed some songs along the way. He made it fun and gave me great helpful tools. What great guys Mike, Phil and Steve thank you!! The financing manager, Blaise, was knowledgeable and looked after my best interests.He advised me correctly and was also, warm and courteous. I only have my 2010 RX 350 for one day but I trust it will be all that I know a Lexus offers, after all, it is my 5th!The car was delivered perfectly. Buying a car is a grueling ordeal but the guys at Lexus of Massapequa made my experience terrific. Thank you Mike Z, Phil and everyone ! More
This is the second time that my husband and I have leased a lexus from Massapequa. We worked with Neil Fogel and with Larry( the business manager) and we were very satisfied. They went above and beyond to take care of our needs or concerns that we had. We did visit other dealerships since we do live in Mount Sinai NY, however only this Lexus dealership was able to work with us and give us an affortable price, so itis worth the travel time. They listened and were considerate of our needs as customers. They were not out to just make a deal and were very honest. Neil was very helpful and very accomodating with our schedule and what our concerns were. I am very satisfied with our lease and I would like to thank them for an outstanding job.. More
I have been driving Lexus for ten years and this is my fourth one. I have gotten all my Lexus vehicles from Massapequa. I did not know how to handle this since it was a big bill and I still had six months left on my lease. I was introduced to David Parker, Dave first asked me want brought me in and I told him. He then asked me what vehicle am I interested in this time and I told him. He went over the vehicle with me, told me the difference and we drove it cause he wanted to make sure I liked it, which I did and I kept reminding him why I was here and he said we will help me with this. We sat down, he then went and got the General Sales Manager Richard Healy. Richard and Dave then wanted to look at my car, I asked them why, They said that they are going to look at all the possible ways to help me in the situation I am in. After they looked at the car they sat down with me and showed me all the possible situations that they could do to help me. They explained to me all my options that were available to me so I can make the best decision. What i really liked was they showed everything to me on paper in full detail, so I knew exactly what they were doing and how they got to the numbers they gave me. They really helped me out of this bad situation I was in and saved me alot of money and made me feel some much better then how I felt before I walked into the dealership. I will always continue to buy my Lexus vehicles from Richard Healy and Dave Paker.
