Let me tell you that Neil Fogel is an upfront person, who always does his best to give you a good deal on the car. We purchased the Lexus 350 and Lexus IS250C. We arrived about 20 minutes before closing at Lexus of Massapequa. Earlier that evening, we had visited other dealerships to shop around for a car to lease. We needed a car because ours had been totaled in an accident. But we didn't want to be pressured into anything despite the time frame. Neil Fogel introduced himself to us and immediately put us at ease about the whole process. He clearly explained the differences between the various models and spent time talking to us to discover what we really needed and wanted in a car. He was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the different models and we went for a test drive that night. Half an hour after closing and Neil was still happy to answer our questions, never once made us feel like we had to get out of there. We went home, discussed it and decided to go with Lexus - we liked the way the car rode and handled, the safety features and the layout of the dash and interior features that were included. After all the paperwork was done, and the car was ours, Neil sat with us for a good 45 minutes in the car going over how everything works, doing a hands on demonstration of each thing. We felt that Neil wanted us to love everything about this car as much as he does. We gladly recommend this dealership and our salesman, Neil and would not hesitate to call him with any questions that might come up with this car. More

I had been shopping around for a luxury car and wasn't sure what I wanted to buy. I originally went to another Lexus dealership and was not impressed with the sales people. I was going to test drive the Cadillac SRX, which I really liked, but I wanted to see the Lexus ES350 again. I didn't want to go back to the same dealership so we went to Lexus of Massapequa. We met with Neil Fogel and I expecting the same old treatment. Neil was very welcoming and friendly. He listened to what we wanted and took us for a test drive. He fully explained all the features of the car and I was truly impressed at his product knowledge. He really sold me on the car. When we went to pick up our new car, Neil spent a great deal of time explaining how all the features worked so that when we left we really felt confident and comfortable driving the car. Neil also insisted that if I had any questions that I should not hesitate to call him. He wanted me to know he would help in any way he could if I had any further questions. I love my new car! More
Following a major auto accident I was in the market for a new vehicle. After a casual inspection of the show room we were approached by Neil Fogel.I explained our recent accident and our loyalty to cadillac and he expressed his concern for our health and asked if we were well enough to take a test ride. I thanked him,gave him our telephone number and told him we would re-visit him after a scheduled Drs'appointment. Our appointment ran late and we were unable to meet with Neil. Upon returning home there was a message from Neil and again his maim concern was my wifes health and to please give him a call. We returned to Lexus of Massapequa and were impressed by Neils'approach to selling a car.We felt comfortable and after the test ride we wanted to sit down and talk terms. Again he seemed interested in us and we arrived at a price that we thought was fair and bought a lexus. I was given a full demonstration of all the features of my new lexus and drove away a happy customer. A follow up call from Neil came a few days later offering his services should we have any problems. More

This is our 3rd Lexus and the 2nd one that Neil Fogel has sold us. Before coming to Lexus of Massapequa we went to a dealer where our friends bought their Lexus. They just spent less than we are, but when we went back to speak to Neil, everything changed. When you speak to Neil, you don't feel like a client, he makes you feel like a friend you've known for years. Neil never pressures you and always answers every question you have with a smile on his face. There is no stress whatsoever when dealing with Neil. He is such a pleasure to deal with.
