This is my fourth Lexus and my third from Lexus of Massapequa. The salesman, Stew Schnissel who sold me my 2007 Lexus also sold me my 2013. Stew is very courteous and knowledgeable. Due to storm "Sandy" I waited from October to December to take delivery. When I received the car Stew sat with me and my wife in the car and explained all the new bells and whistles. After using the car for seven days I needed instruction on using the radio system which was not like the other one. Stew sat for 30 minutes with me until I was comfortable wIth the radio and other systems. I hope to see him again in 2013!! More
The BEST! I visited another Lexus dealership closer to my home. I was not pleased with the service nor the manager's tone. I politely left and drove to Lexus Massapaque. I was so pleased! It was refreshing to have the manager greet me the minute I walked in the door & introduced me to an awesome salesman. The minute I met Nelson & then David, I knew this was the dealership for me. They were patient, courteous, friendly, professional, understanding & worked with me every step of the way. I've already heard from each of them at least 3 times since I left with my new Lexus last week. They found the exact car I wanted, plus more than I asked for. They found the right car for me & still worked with me on the price. I know I'm in great hands with Lexus Massapaque, Nelson & David. I highly recommend them & will tell you, It's was well worth the extra miles & time it took me to get there. When David apologized for not returning my call immediately, he said- I was taking a loaner to my customer! I thought WOW! They really do care about their customers & will definitely go the extra long mile. David came in to the dealership on his day off, dressed in his suit like it was his normal day at work to finalize our deal simply because I could only get there on that day & late-after work. He also talked numerous times on the phone with my son, long distance, to explain everything to him for me & work out the best deal for me. Now, that's what I call excellence!!! If you're in the market for a car, new, pre-owned or a lease - they are the people to see. Many Thanks for a fabulous experience! I love my new Red Lexus! And, my dealership & my salesmen too. More

Robert was very knowledgable about the car and he should be credited with the sell, but the pick up of the car and paper work was done in GREAT hurry by Joseph. I asked him to slow down to no avail. No wonder I missed things: stain mirror and side chrome, missing glove compartment, knocking sound in break system, loose mirror housings. The business manager Larry is the ultimate "used car salesman" from 70's. Please stay away from his office! i purchased certified LS460 and was pushed for horrible extended warranty with lame tactics. He forgot that it was certified car and I had to be hassled over the phone to get it. There was additional charge assessed, then taken off, then put back on and finally I did not pay it. I am still missing insert for glove compartment and have knocking sound in break system, and side mirror which is permanently stained and rendered useless. About 6 phone calls later none of these issues were resolved. I received free key chain, then was upgraded by the manager to TWO key chains! Wow! To best describe Lexus of Massapequa is to quote their management. When asked to resolve pending problems I was told: "but you bought a used car". I thought for a second that it was certified Lexus LS460... So do not overpay, as I did (I paid just $500 less then listed price) at Lexus of Massapequa - any guy on the corner lot will do better then them. More

I have leased at least seven or eight cars over the years and can honestly say that Steve Puleo was the most caring, concerned, salesman I have ever encountered. He was willing to spend the time to explain all the great new features in the new ES 350. He also took me on a test drive and allowed me to really get the feel and experience of this great, new car. My negotiations with him were pleasureable and not the usual pressure tactics of other dealerships I have encountered over the years. Most of all Steve went above and beyond when I injured my hip and couldn't come to pick up my new car. He took several hours out of his day to come and deliver my new car to me as well as pick up the lease I was returning. He spent at least an hour or more setting up the new electronics in the car as well as explaining their operation to me. It was a pleasure doing business with Steve and I hope to recommend him to my friends as well as my clients. More

So far one of the best car leasing experience. This dealership is very busy because they mean business and understand what you need right away without wasting time. Our dealing was with Neil Fogel and had the most pleasant experience from the moment we met him. We negotiated for 5 minutes and we had a deal once he got approval from his manager. There was no pressure and we got time to think it over a few days, paid a deposit and then the paperwork was ready and promised with no last minute charges. Even the finance manager was extremely nice and not over pushy. For those who hate car dealers who are extremely pushy and stress you out, this is the place to go. All thumbs up for this dealership. More
