Bert Hall is a major asset to your dealership. Bert did the one thing most dealers never do....make you feel like he is there for you, not the other way around. This dealership deserves this rating because from the minute I walked into their place I was made to feel very welcome. Once I had purchased the car, Stewart, made sure I understood how to use all the functions on the car and even loaded my contacts into the car for me. I went into the dealership to turn in my previous hybrid Lexus. I didn't intend to lease another Lexus vehicle at this time - for financial reasons and because, though I liked the fuel efficiency of a hybr Lexus. I didn't intend to lease another Lexus vehicle at this time - for financial reasons and because, though I liked the fuel efficiency of a hybrid, there were some service issues with the previous model that I didn't like. The sales manager referred us to Chris Bahamonde who ultimately made me an offer that was hard to refuse - he made the experience very pleasant and the sales experience was noticeably lacking in the usual pressure and annoying sales tactics that turn many people off to car dealerships. He was personable, attentive to my needs and didn't waste my time, which is especially noteworthy and appreciated. I would definitely highly recommend this dealership and Mr. Bahamonde to friends and family! More

Steve Puleo, my salesman was professional, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable regarding the RX350 I was interested in leasing. Steve was focused on not only this one lease, but many leases to come and therefore handled the negotiations with high integrity and in a direct manner. No pressure, just collaboration. He made it work the way that it worked for me. Leasing or buying a new car should be an exciting time and bring pleasure to the customer and thanks to Steve and the team at Lexus that was certainly the case for me. I've purchased cars from a Nissan and Honda dealerships, where you feel that they are trying to pull a fast one on you by adding fees to the final price negotiated or they pressure you into options that you don't need. That was not the case at Lexus of Massapequa. Their entire staff was professional and courteous. Mike, in particular, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions. He took time to explain all the functions the vehicle has to offer and made sure that we were completely satisfied. I also met with Larry "Lexus" Smath who took us through the extended warranty pricing. He was very professional and didn't pressure us at all. Not all Lexus dealerships are the same, and Lexus of Massapequa definitely distinguishes itself from the rest. I'm a customer for life. And I love my new Lexus! More

The trade-in value on my vehicle was quite fair and Mr. Dilegame had the Lexus prepped and available within three hours. I stopped in to see if they would loan me a key from a car on lot until I could replace mine. Mike went to the prev-owned lot and opened 5-6 vehicles in a sudden thunderstorm and found one which he gave me. I told him that night that I would come see him when we were ready to buy our next car. We just purchased our third vehicle from this dealership and sales associate. We are treated like someone special every time we go there, whether its for service, parts or purchase. Every person we have dealt with has treated us like family. We will be back !! More

Then she researched several dealers in our vicinities in Long Island to find the vehicle that would satisfy her preferences and specifications. It was Lexus of Massapequa that carried that particular one in their pre-owned vehicle division. It is known that Lexus has the express commitment to the pursuit of perfection, and it was shown that Lexus of Massapequa takes that commitment, that pursuit, seriously. Our experience of buying a car could not have been better. Not only was the vehicle which we purchased as perfect as a man-made product could be, but also the friendly yet impeccably courteous service extended to us was simply remarkable. Messrs. David Parker, Robert McFarland, Leo Caputo, and Richard Mith were all exemplary in their professional excellence and commitment to impeccable service, and were highly commendable.
